Competence of muccobs graduate!

Graduate wa Mzumbe, IFM, UDSM, akikaa miaka miwili ujue dau linapanda mpaka zaidi ya milion moja, halafu waajili wote macho yao kwa hawa graduate (Ila ni kwa wale haswa wenye GPA nzuri), kwa hiyo MUCCOBS inawezekana wakapendelewa kutokana na kutulia kazini ndiyo maana hata bank zingine zinapenda graduate wa SUA kwa sababu huwa wao wamesoma shule isiyokuwa na soko i.e agri...., kwa hiyo mtu kama huyo ukimuajili hana pa kwenda, ataenda wapi??? na hilo li agri,...., lakini wa UDSM, Mzumbe, IFM, e bwana wanatafutwa kinoma na wanabadilisha kazi kila baada ya muda fulani kutafuta masilahi zaidi. Kwa ufupi graduate wa SUA maisha magumu so hawawezi kuhama, hama, na employee nakubali kuingia gharama kuwatrain, lakini faidi ni ile uwepo kazini muda mrefu.

You guys keep on believing you will have market simply bcos you are a graduate of a certain university. Ngoja East Africa wafungue milango ya ushindani mtakuja humu humu kutoa ushuhuda. Employers wanataka watu critical, creative, analyitical etc (those with employability skills) sasa nyie bwetekeni ooh nimesoma sijuhi wapi, mtakalia kulalamika mbona wakenya wanapewa vyeo vya juu sisi wazawa tupo. Ni kweli kila mwajiri anaangalia vigezo vyake. Kuna ofisi moja huku nilipo huyo mzee ni mwanasheria na anaajiri mabinti tu. Hakuna mwanaume hata mmoja.
Inapofikia suala la kuajiri choice hubaki kwa muajiri. Hakuna mtu atakayependa kuharibiwa kazi yake.
Watu huwa tunalalamika ajira ni za kubebana lakini siku hizi hata kama unabebwa na wewe inabidi uwe na vigezo vya kubebeka.
Waajiri wasiangalie huyu kasoma udsm basi ataweza kazi kuliko huyu aliyesoma CBE.
Kuna kazi zingine zinahitaji sifa binafsi na hizo huwezi kufundishwa chuo chochote.
 
Inafuatana na Hr aliyepo amesoma wapi. Mfano Std chartered kabla ya mwaka 2009 walikuwa wanaajiri udsm na mzumbe,baada ya mke wa prof.ambaye aliamishiwa std chartered uarabuni,kaangalie tangu 2009 mpaka leo wameajiri vp! Sitoi jibu chunguza mwenyewe!

John Mgandu alipata shahada yake ya awali Bsc in Music aliipatia Toronto Canada,1972-1974 na Masters udsm 1987 na phD yake aliipata udsm. Na alikuwa lecturer udsm mpaka anafariki
