    Wanawake wawili wana mpango wa kuanzisha klabu za kucheka Zimbabwe, nchi inayokabiliwa na changamoto kubwa za kiuchumi duniani.
    Shilpa Shah na Celina Stockill wanaamini watasaidia watu kukabiliana na majaribu ya maisha ya Zimbabwe.
    Hivi karibuni waliandaa warsha katika tamasha la kimataifa la sanaa mjini Harare, huku wakiwapa mafunzo ya kushawishi watu kucheka.
    Bi Shah ambaye ni mkufunzi wa kucheka amesema, "Ukicheka-unabadilika; na wewe ukibadilika- dunia nayo hubadilika."
    "Kwahiyo ni amani duniani, vicheko kwa Zimbabwe, kwahiyo tufurahishane na kueneza furaha."
    Katika warsha zao, Bi Shah na Bi Stockhill hushawishi watu kushikana mikono, kila mmoja akiweka sura yake imchekeshe mwenziwe, na kulala sakafuni na kupiga miguu yao hewani.
    Pia huwaambia wabirue mifuko yao ya susruali ambayo haina kitu na kila mmoja aanze kumcheka mwenziwe kwasbabu hana fedha, na kunyoosheana kidole huku wakichekana.
    Mtu mmoja katika warsha hiyo amesema, “ Tunahitaji kucheka zaidi, hasa katika hali hii tuliyonayo Zimbabwe- ukiwa masikini, ni muhimu ujifunze kucheka.”
    Mwaka jana serikali ya umoja ilisaidia kuzuia kuporomoka kwa uchumi wa Zimbabwe- uchumi uliyosababisha dola ya nchi hiyo kupoteza thamani yake- kwa kuruhusu utumiaji wa fedha za kigeni.
    Lakini hii inamaanisha wale wasio na uwezo wanapata tabu zaidi.
    ‘Hakuna ucheshi’

    Hali ya watu katika warsha hiyo ilibadilika haraka toka wakati walipokuwa kimya hadi pakalipuka furaha.
    Bi Shah amesema, “ Siyo lazima uwe na sababu kucheka; siyo lazima uwe na furaha ndio ucheke.”
    “Na si lazima uwe mcheshi kucheka.”

    Bi Stockhill anasema kucheka kuna faida nyingi za kiafya, na ana imani nzito kuwa watu wanuiwe kucheka kwa dakika 10 kwa siku.
    “Kuna faida tatu- za hisia, kimwili na kiakili. Tunatoa msongo wa mawazo kwa kucheka, kuushughulisha mfumo wa limfu na ni nzuri sana kwa moyo wako.”
    “Inasaidia mfumo wa mmeng’enyo wa chakula na mfumo wako wa uzazi.”
    “Tunahitaji kutumia kiwambo kucheka, kucheka kupitia tumbo. Najiangalia kwenye kioo na kucheka kwa takriban dakika 10 hadi 15.”
    Wakufunzi hao walio wachangamfu, wakweli na kutaka dunia iwe bora, wana mpango wa kuanza mtandao wa klabu mbalimbali za kucheka nchini Zimbabwe.
    Bi Stockhill amesema, “Tumezoweshwa kucheka kwa mambo kadhaa lakini mafunzo haya yanampa mtu fursa ya kucheka bila sababu yeyote na katika eneo salama.”
