    Watu wanaokula Chocolate mara kwa mara huwa wembamba. Hii ni kwa mujibu wa utafiti mpya. Karibu watu 1000 nchini Marekani walifanyiwa utafiti ambao wamekuwa makini katika vyakula vyao.
    Waliokuwa wakila Chocolate mara kwa mara walipatikana wakiwa wembamba kuliko wenzao ambao hula Chocolate baada ya muda.Wanasayansi wanasema, japo Chocolate ina sukari nyingi, ina viungo ambavyo husaidia kupunguza uzito wa mwili, lakini siyo kuchoma mafuta.
    Hii siyo mara ya kwanza wanasayansi wameelezea umuhimu wa Chocolate. Utafiti wa awali umeonyesha Chocolate inasaidia moyo.Baadhi ya chocolate zinasaidia kupunguza msukumo wa damu, kiwango cha sukari mwilini pamoja na mafuta.
    Lakini kuna onyo la kuwa makini na Chocolate unayoila kwani baadhi zina sukari na mafuta mengi.Ikiwa unataka kuwa na afya bora, jaribu kula mboga na matunda mengi BBC Swahili - Kwa Kina - Chocolate kukufanya mwembamba

    Nanajuwa lakini kwa mujibu wa watafiti wa Kimarekani Wana Sayansi mimi nimekopi na kuweka hapo sijafanya utafiti lakini Wa Marekani ndio walifanya huo Utafiti na mimi ninamini hivyo mkuu.

    Poleni sana kwa kukatazwa hivyo mkuu.

    basi me nilikuwa nazikwepa kumbe zinapunguza unene so what i just need is to be selective good.
