Aidan Eyakuze in another foolishly argued publication about Citizenship

What I am seeing is the habit of few individuals aspiring to be baptized heroes for uncalculated utterances and writings, meanwhile paying to be feedbacks to funders. Aidan Eyakuze and Khalifa Said have just published in Springer, titling their writing 'The Weaponization of Identity and Citizenship: The Case of Tanzania' (The Weaponization of Identity and Citizenship: The Case of Tanzania).

I can make scholarly arguments on the published material however let me firstly alert the two for violating our country’s research and publication requirements. You can’t publish without research. You can’t undertake research without research permit, Permit is for research institutions. Attached to the permit is the research clearance which also oversees ethical clearance. How are the two qualified to do this? Regardless of the fact they are trying to create, they needed smoothing their pathway.

Publishing is one thing but, making substance is different. I classify this to be a foolish way of arguing without extending to a global phenomenon of nationalistic ideas. The two mixes two different ideas; Nationalistic and authoritarian. To them, they prefer using the second, best decorated for prises. By this writing, they will obviously be hailed by their funders but, a scholarly approach would have been scanning through the world.

From Europe take the UK with their Brexit, Scotland (the brave) with their failed referendum, take Israel war, take Trump US war, etc. Short of balancing the world brain, I name this a deliberate attack for come what may, expecting being considered a hero!

This level of censorship you are dreaming of, under the umbrella you must first get the so called 'research permits' or using other mechanisms to prevent individuals freedom of speech and free expression must not be tolerated or allowed by free people who can think.

Authoritarianism depends upon people getting used to hearing the things that they want to hear, and what it does is it takes that public sphere and dissolves it. It says, "There aren't really truths out there, there aren't really experts out there who can tell you those truths, it's really all about how you feel about the world." And that's true in old authoritarianism and in new authoritarianism.
