Naomba kuuliza wana jf, inakwaje mtu anaogopa kitu ambacho hakina madhara?
ni historia yake au akili yake inadevelop tu sababu ya kuogopa?

mfano mimi naogopa heights, ukiniweka kwenye balcony ya floor zaidi ya 4 sisogei pembeni. kwenye madaraja ya juu inabidi nifunge macho, kwenye roller coasters ndo kabisaaa.

wengine eti wanaogopa big spaces, wengine small spaces etc
inakuwaje doctor?

Mimi pia ni kwenye heights na nikichungulia kutoka juu nasikia kizunguzungu na kutaka kutapika.Hua sisogei karibu na dirisha nikiwa ghorofani.

I do fear water bodies; such as oceans, rivers, lakes etc. To make the matter worse I always dream i fell into the water, it scares me a lot! I wish i know what causes the phobia and how to treat it.

I too fear snakes even when i watch planet earth or wildlife scenes I cant stand seeing snakes.

Pia kuongezea kwenye hilo, pia mimi nasumbuliwa sana na fear ninapoanzwa kuchukuliwa au nikijua tuu tomorrow naenda kumuona Dr. basi usiku wake silali kwa kuwaza kilie kidude cha kupimia High blood pressure. I might sound stupid, but this is what am getting through and it started after i had surua infection when I was in form two 1992 untill now. Nina uvimbe wa kupasuliwa nikifiria tuu operation i get crazy. When I think of getting pregnant I also have that fear. Naomba any Dr. kwenye hii idara atusaidie jamani.
