The Geothermal plant is working and 51% of power is from this plant. What do you think? Money should be flowing. This is according to KenGen.5 Years sustainability, and you are saying money is flowing in?
Wooows, you nailed it.The Kenyans have a development plan. We have neither a plan nor a philosophy for development. Hence our president's daily staccato of promises. Once he will build an international airport somewhere, next day he's going to make Kigoma the Dubai of Africa ( better he qualified it as 'of Africa' and did not say just DUBAI!) We have very lazy, idiot and functionally illiterate leaders.
Any nation that does not plan is bound to fail. Imagine a ship leaving a habour without a planned destination. She is bound to end up on the rocks, derelict.

Not good in english, are you?
The post is not saying what you construed. My thinking is that, as far as the energy industry is concerned an investment which can not be sustained for more than 10 years is money drying investment.
