The government of Kenya finally submitted to the demand of IMF structural reforms. IMF literally now controls them and will have to oversee their budget and provide recommendation based on what benefits the Bank.
First thing first, Kenyan government is cutting down salary for it's police force, which is one of the poorly paid police force in the world.
This will be followed by heavy taxation on basic necessities for poor people, then it can only get worse from there.
