Huu ni uwongo kama Raila amesema hivyo maana mradi wa LAPPSET unaendelea tena kwa kasi, pili hii miradi ipo kwenye ruwaza ya 2030, hivyo haimilikiwi na Raila/Kibaki/Uhuru au yeyote, ni mipango ambayo lazima ikamilishwe hata Dida akiwa rais. Nchi yetu inaendeshwa kwa mipango na mikakati iliyowekwa na wataalam kwenye hiyo ruwaza.

Context my friend, haukuangalia context of that screenshot.... Nation media waliamua kufanya fact checking huu musimu wa uchaguzi, ili kuhamasisha wakenya ili kusiwe na propaganda za wanasiasa kutoka pande zote bila kujibiwa na ukweli....

Kwahivyo in this context of fact checking, NM concluded that that fact is mostly false, angalia on your bottom right corner of the screenshot
 
kiingereza ndio shida...jamaa amesoma mambo yake akaelewa kivyake....LAPSETT inasonga kwa kasi mno with lamu port, already moving very fast...all the infrastructure to support the project is in place including the Lamu police station and the road infrastructure...what I dont understand though is its viability....given that Ethiopia already has an outlet through Djobouti and the Sgr is already moving towards UG and eventually will enter S. Sudan...
