Though he is the best president there has been in the whole of East and Central Africa, it'd be better if he respected the constitution. He will always be remembered and respected by many of us. Should act as an adviser to the newly elected presidents across Africa.

Ndugu MK254, with due respect, ningependa nijue kwa maoni yako who is the best president? what criteria used? is the best against who? who nominated him/her the best president? etc...etc

For example, someone would say, President Idd Amini was the best president Uganda have ever seen due to the fact that he had sense of humour and loved sport....
