Am a new member in this site, with no intention to dis-respect any of my brothers
In all my life i have longed the union of Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda into a one solidified state.. when i was young my momm used to tell me alot abt Tanzania coz she lived in Tz as a teenager..watanzania ni watu wangwana tena wenye heshima, they like helping there neighbours,lugha ya kiswahili niyao...alot of good things were said about Tz bt despite the credits Tz earned amongst many kenyans uganda was perceived as the most hostile neighbourhood in EAC with worst thots directed towards them...bt one thing Kenyans perceive Tzns to be is the act of being lazy, pesimistic approach towards development...i have never been in Tz though i admire visiting Tz one day and meet these friendly people as the kenyans who have been in TZ call them..here in jf ive keenly looked at the posts and most Tanzanians believe Kenyans to be tribalistic, greed and power hungry "manyang'au" this is correct except the latter manyang'au...when it comes to EAC integration Tz wont fully open up its doors for EAC for fear of gaining less out of this,, with my ability as a finance officer and little skills in economics i think its the best option for Tz reasons being kenyas economy being bigger with skilled manpower $ effective infrastructure will come down crashing on Tz economy's...in kenya for a person to have been said is educated must have atleast 2 degrees or a degree and a diploma,,once Tz open up borders $ accepts labour movements kenyans will flock in Tz in there thousands e.g s. sudan to take on the vast oppotunities as managers $ CEOs or evenn setting up busineses...kenyans mind $ university education system is set to accomodate entrepreneurship $ global competitivenes as per the vision 2030....wakenya wanasema waTz ni waoga lakini. kwa mtazamo wangu waTz wako sawa na haki ya kufuata njia waipendayo..cha msingi ni tushikamane kama ndugu na tupendane uwe mtanzania ,mkenya au mganda ili tuimarishe maisha ya mwananchi wa kawaida..tusidharauliane wala kurushiana maneno bali tuheshimiane, umoja ni nguvu.....
