As a functionary of a European control mechanism for the 3rd world she is merely the messenger. When she complains of the gava not helping with evidence,after the ICC have already confirmed their cases look closer. Her bosses,those who give orders to the ICC have realised their plans for RAO will come to naught. Not wishing to risk possible violence that will irrevocably harm their interests in Kenya if Uhuruto are carted off to the Hague and their man eases into State House unopposed they're signalling that they understand and accept the will of the majority of the Kenyan electorate.

Bensouda is setting the stage to declare the remaining 4 suspects cases terminated. She can't just come right out and hurl the grenade among the unprepared masses and must first drop carefully nuanced hints and insinuations. This explains her public complaints about lack of government assistance. She'll say," the Kenya government failed to cooperate and supply more evidence,my hands were tied. What could I do?"

Haha! Of horses and beggars! Uhuru is Hague bound! It's ok to dream though. This is the ICC not your local kangaroo court!

I would not trust in any kenyan presidential opinion polls. These have become objects which people use even when, the facts on the ground do not actually present the same opinions. Unless the ICC court remains in liason with the affected IDPs, it will be naive to believe the ICC is interested only in disseminating justice for the Kenyan case.

At least,you're right on one thing-its not a local kangaroo court but an international kangaroo court. Maybe you could tell us why Sarko,Blair,Bush et al aren't in the dock? The last real function of the ICC is international justice;but then again some adults still believe in Santa Claus.

This is from common sense poll that assumes that tribes who fight each other for their own tribemate to lead can never vote for a non tribe person. The common mentality among the majority of kenyans is "our own must win" except in those tribes that have no presidential candidate who are of the belief that our own must be the vice president.

This thing of tribalism has been a sticky issue, let us hope the landscape change very soon

The sad picture is that the young educated people in Kenya are more tribal than their parents, meaning the country looks for newborns and the very young to be indoctrinated to end tribalism as the current generation can not change. Am impressed by a young Luo who is voting Peter kenneth or a young kikuyu voting Raila. They are just a handfull
