Mtu akistaafu (on compulsory retirement) , hawajamlipa stahiki zake time limitation ni ipi to claim that in a court of law? Nijuavyo if UNFAIR termination from employment, time limitation to lodge grievances at CMA is 30 days. What about a retiring person on retirement age?

Kabla ya kustaafu unapeleka maombi rasmi Kwa mwajiri Ili uingie kwenye bajeti ya mwaka husika wa fedha , lakini ukichelewq kufanya hivyo unaweza kuchelewa kulipwa mpaka hapo utakapoingia kwenye bajeti ya serikali
