    kuna baadhi ya waajiri hasa ktk mashirika binafsi wanakwepa kuajiri wasichana, mi niliwah kusikia katika ofisi moja mkurugenzi akisema ukiajiri msichana graduate una hasara, akifanya kazi kidogo utasikia anataka kuolewa, akiolewa atapata mimba na kuanza kuumwa umwa kila mara anaomba ruhusa, akijifungua anadai matenity leave. Baada ya hapo mara mtoto anaumwa nampeleka hospitali mara clinic. Jamani waajiri na nyie mmezaliwa na wanawake tendeni haki kwa mabinti. Mnawanyanyasa kijinsia haipendezi kabisa.

    Upande mmoja inauma ila kwa upande mngine ukizingatia sio kosa lao, wenyewe wanatafuta productivity.
    Naweza kusema ni kosa la paternalist system nzima, inayo toa value kwa kazi za watu wasio shinda nyumbani kusaidia basic needs za reproduction, feeding, shelter na mengine. wanaume au wanawake wanao taka kuonekana productive leo, lazima wacompete katika field za nje ya zile primary needs, huku ikiwa vigumu kwa mwanamke kuziacha moja kwa moja.
    Kama system inge ipa thamani kazi watu wanayo ifanya hata manyumbani kwao kama kazi za ndani, za kulea watoto, kupika na kadhalika, kwa kweli hawange lazimika kutafuta hizo kazi za ofisini ikiwa bado wanataka kua na watoto kila miaka miwili au mitatu.

    Hili kwel hata mm huwa linanishangaza sana kuna shule moja ipo Dodoma mfanyakazi yeyote wa kike (walimu, secretary na wengine) akipata ujauzito anaanza kuhesabu siku za kufanya kaz. Akijifungua tu ndo mwisho wa kazi. Mbaya sana.

Tatizo letu watanzania ni kuwa hata wanaume, tunafikiri mtu akianzisha kampuni yake anaanzisha ili sisi tupate ajira. Hakuna anayejua kuwa inaanzishwa kwa lengo la kuzalisha na hii ndio maana mara nyingi watu hawajali wala kuona vibaya kulipwa hata kama wanapafom below standad.

Tena ofisi nyingne washenzi kweli ukigundulika una mimba unapewa barua ya kufuzwa kazi. Kama tatizo ni productivity itaftwe another alternative kuwasaidia kina mama. Kama anapata mimba kila mwaka apewe likizo bila malipo, lakin kama mtu anafata utaratibu inakuwaje kumwachisha kazi? Na saa nyingine mama wa watu ni mchapakazi kweli kweli? Its not fair.

    Kampuni ya mumeo ikifa kwa kuwa ameajiri wanawake na wako maternity utampigia makofi kwa kuwajali wanawake au utaanza kulia kuwa nyumba yenu mlioweka dhamana kupata mkopo wa kuanzishia hiyo kampuni itauzwa?

    Kweli kazi ipo kwa akina mama.Mimi ninamfano hai wa dada mmoja tulimujiri katika idara ya IT kwa ajili ya kazi maalum lakini tumeishia kupoteza hiyo project.Alianza mara naumwa tumbo mara akapata mimba baada ya hapo akapewa bedrest ya miezi sita plus likizo ya uzazi siku 84 mwaka tayari.Yaani tumepata hasara kwa ajili ya mtu huyo.Sasa fikiria kama ungekuwa nao kama hao watano au kumi shirika kwisha kazi yake.
