    Haya tena mambo ya Mombasa hayo.....tuburudike

    Ingredients

    Viazi 10
    Chumvi kiasi
    Masala
    Unga wa dengu 1 cup
    Ndimu 3
    [h=3]Mataarisho
    [/h]
    1. Chemsha viazi na maganda yake.
    2. Vikisha wiva menya maganda na kata kila kiazi vipande viwili.
    3. Katika kibakuli koroga ndimu, chumvi na pilipili ya unga kisha pakaza katikati ya kiazi halafu gandanisha na kipande cha pili kiwe kama kiazi kizima.
    4. Fanya hivyo kwa viazi vyote vilivyobaki.
    5. Kwenye bakuli jengine koroga unga wa dengu , maji na chumvi kiasi uwe kama uji mwepesi.
    6. Kisha chovea kila kiazi kwenye unga huo halafu kaanga kwenye mafuta ukigeuza kama sambusa hadi kuiva.
    7. vikisha wiva panga kwenye sahani tayari kwa kuliwa.

    MadamX ... je nikichovya hivi viazi kwenye Maya kwa huu mchanganyiko nikavikaanga? will it be okay

    Madame X, what if baada ya kutoa maganda hivyo viazi nikiviponda na kuvichanganya na viungo kabla ya kuvichovya kwenye huo unga wa dengu.... Will it be Okay?

    Mmmh, sidhani kama itawezeka kwasababu lengo la kutumia unga wa dengu ni kuvishikiza viazi viwili pamoja. Mayai hayana uwezo wa kugandisha bila kuachiana unless utachangana na unga ngano kidogo.

    Viazi kg 1
    Chumvi kiasi
    Kitunguu saumu 1/2 teaspoon
    Ndimu/limau 2
    Pilipili
    Unga wa ngano 1/2 cup
    Yai 1...
    Bizari 1/4 teaspoon (turmeric powder)

    Namna ya kutaarisha
    1)chemsha viazi vilivomenywa hadi viwive then bondabonda hadi viwe laini
    2)weka chumvi,kitunguu saumu,ndimu na pilipili
    3)changanya vizuri kisha tengeneza viduara vidogo vidogo

    4)weka unga,bizari,yai na maji kiasi changanya vizuri uwe kama uji mzito mzito
    5)weka mafuta katika karai
    6)chukua viduara vya viazi ulivotengeza na upakae huo uji then kaanga kwenye mafuta..


    Kachori tayari kwa kuliwa..
