A teen in provo, Utah has been arrested and his facing charges after he allegedly went around taping fish to ATM mashine.
According to the Coast to coast ATM, the first incident reportedly began back in August when the Instagram account 'fish _bandit84' posted footage on the first pescetarian prank.
He was eventually caught and charged with two counts of causing property damage as a result of the ATM's having to be cleaned because of the pranks.
