    Juzi nilipimwa Pressure, Dr akaniambia kuwa iko juu na akaniambia nisitumie chumvi na vyakula vya mafuta, sasa napata shida kula chakula bila chumvi, nilikuwa nauliza hakuna aina yoyote ya chumvi ninayoweza kutumia na isiwe na madhara? Msaada wenu pls!!

    Waweza weka chumvi kwa mbali sana. Ni ngumu mwanzoni chakula kunakua tasteless.
    Namna ya ku-improve taste: tia/unga kwa limao/ndimu kwa wingi, inaleta uchachu needed for ones' taste na inapunguza sana matumizi ya chumvi. Kama ni mpenzi wa pilipili waweza ongeza, isipokuwa kama una vidonda vya tumbo.

    There exists ''saltless'' salt; very similar to the sugar used by diabetics.
    Better still withdraw gradually and learn to like the new taste!?

    Salt ubaya wake inapunguza maji mwilini na kuongeza blood pressure.

    1. Kula matunda mengi: Matunda yana potasium ambayo inapunguza sana makali ya salt.

    2. Kunywa maji mengi yatasaidia kupunguza salt mwilini

    3. Nunua kipimo cha kupimia pressure ili uone kama iko kawaida. kama pressure haipo juu na unafanya hivyo hapo juu unaweza kuna salt lakini kama ipo juu basi inabidi usile salt mpaka ishuke.

    4. Mafuta: Dr kakuambia upunguze mafuta si kwasabu ya pressure bali ni kwasababu ya high colestro. Watu wengi hawajui lakini punguza vifuatavyo.

    a) Usile mayai na kama ukila kaanga bila kiini. Mayai mengi ni 100% colestro na kama unakula mayai kila siku colestro yako haiwezi kushuka hata kama unaacha mafuta.
    b) Tumia mafuta ya viwandani mafuta mengi ya viwandani yametolewa colestro hivyo haipo kabisa kwenye mafuta. Usitumie mafuta ya mtaani kama alizeti n.k.
    c) kula vyakula vya kuchemsha na kama ni vyama banika itoke mafuta. colestro nyingi iko kwenye nyama hivyo badika nyama zaidi na punguza kiwango. Kama ni nyama choma kula kuku na omba akaushe kabisa.
    d) Usinye chai ya maziwa. maziwa yana colestro nyingi sana. Kuvywa chai ya rangi
