Hard to fathom this was the same person who served as the vice chair of the constitutional assembly just a few short years ago.

Back then when she served as the vice chair of the constitutional assembly, how come she didn’t raise these objections?
She served. Pocketed the taxpayer’s money and never said a word about ‘educating’ the people first before writing the new constitution. Never objected to anything.
Most smart people know that that is some pie in the sky bull junk.
That is just a silly argument that can be made by some low information person.
How would they even go about it? Will there be classes? Who will teach those classes? Who will the students be? All and sundry? Will there be tests or exams? Pass and fail?
Sadly, I don’t even think that that’s her own original argument. She’s just parroting the arguments of those pulling the strings behind the curtains.
Kicking the can down the road is a very wrong delaying tactic of a potential powder keg situation.
Don’t say Ngabu didn’t ring the alarm bell when that time comes….
