    Wakuu nina tatizo moja kuhusu sheria za kazi hususani hapa kwetu Tz.

    Sijui kwingine zikoje lakini nafahamu kuwa wengine hufanya kazi kwa mikataba ambapo ukiisha kila upande una hiari ya kuundeleza. Sasa kama mimi nimeajiriwa kwa terms za PERMANENT AND PENSIONABLE ni awakati gani naweza kuachana na huo mnyororo nikalipwa haki zangu zote kama vilenimestaafu nikapomptezea mwajiri anayeniboa hususani JK?

    Naungana na wewe muanzisha mada. Nataka kuacha kazi, lakini nina mkopo benki ninaoulipa kupitia mshahara na mwajiri wangu nio mdhamini. Nikipiga mahesabu NSSF yangu haitoshi kulipa deni hilo. Nikiacha kazi, nini hatima ya mkopo itakuwaje?

    je ukila kona bila taarifa zozote kuna ishu gani itakuharibikia kwa upande wa mwajiriwa?
    na kama je unadaiwa na mwajiri mkopo itakuwaje?

    kuna aina mbili za kuacha kazi one month notice ambapo utapata mshahara wako wa mwezi kama kawaida na stahiki zingine hasa michango yako ya hifadhi ya jamii.pili kuna 24hrs notice ambapo unamlipa mwajiri wako mshahara mmoja.then unapata michango yako kama kawaida, kuhus pension nadhani ukiacha kazi huwezi pata pension au mafao yako zaidi ya michango yako na ya mwajiri kwenye mifuko ya hifadhi ya jamii.

    Na kama unamkopo benki na mwajiri alikuzamini, najua kwamba mabenki mengi ya bima ya mikopo hivyo ndiyo maana huwa wakata pesa fulani kwenye mkopo wako kwa ajili ya bima hiyo.na ndiyo maana siku hizi sheria inaelekeza cheki ya malipo yako ya mafao ya hifadhi ya jamii inaandikwa jina lako na si jina la muajiri kama zamani. cha msingi ukiacha kazi unawajulisha benki husika mtaanagali njia mbadala kwa pamoja jinsi ya kulipa deni lako.

    Thanks kwa michango. Naona nitapata michango yangu ya pension kama ilivyoelezwa. Nataka nimpotezee yaishe. Siwezi kusubiri hadi nistaafu maana duh aibu. Nasepa.

    kwenye kila mkataba halali wa kazi lazima utoe njia au namna kuacha kazi mara ambapo utakapo jisikia kua hauwezi kuendelea na kazi au mwajiri hakuitaji tena, mara nyingi hua ni notice ya siku 30 kumtaarifu mwajiri kua hutaendelea kua nae tena kwa siku za usoni, au mshahara wa mwezi mmoja inapotokea unataka kuacha kazi ndani ya saa 24 ua muda pungufu wa siku 30, (unamlipa mwajiri).
