As a Sales Representative at Saint Parts Co Ltd, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our extensive range of automotive products, including car parts and lubricant oils, in the Dar es Salaam region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the automotive sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Product Knowledge:

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's product portfolio, including car parts and lubricant oils.
Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding product features, benefits, and specifications.
Market Research:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential areas for business growth.
Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, showcasing the benefits of Saint Parts Co Ltd products.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to different customer segments.
Order Processing and Follow-up:

Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Reporting:

Provide regular sales reports to the management team, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Educational Background

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with car parts and lubricant oils is a plus.
Communication Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, and knowledge of Arabic or an Indian language would be an advantage.

Why do you prefer an Indian/Arab for the position? Doesn't that add racism sentiments? From the JD, I did not see any aspect that will make an Indian/Arab better at performing the outlined responsibilities. saintparts
