Position: Sales Representative
Company Profile:
Luna Pads is a feminine care product brand based in Tanzania. Our mission is to support young girls and women live their best lives, by having a range of feminine care products for everyone and providing them with information they need to deal with their periods.
Role Profile:
Luna Pads would be nowhere without a successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Representative to help sell our products and services to our customers. The sales representative should have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. The sales representative will often be tasked with giving presentations and attending networking events and trade shows. The sales representative must be both personable and professional.

2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key stakeholders.

5. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to the Promotions Team Lead.
