WanaJF nimetembelea website ya TAMONGSCO Welcome to Tamongsco | Tamongsco nimekutana na barua ifuatayo.
TAMONGSCO ni Association ya wakuu wa shule na vyuo zisizo chini ya serikali Tanzania inajihusisha na maendeleo ya elimu Tanzania na Zanzibar kwa ujumla zikiwemo tafiti mbalimbali kama katiba yao inavyojieleza. Hivi majuzi Membe alikaririwa akisema fedha hizo zitatumika katika kugharimia ujenzi wa nyumba za walimu 150,000, kujenga vyoo vya shule, kunulia madawati na vifaa mbalimbali, hivyo wanatafuta NGO kama moja ya masharti ya DfID ya Uingereza itakayosaidiana na serikali kuratibu misaada hiyo. Hivyo TAMONGSCO wamejitokeza kuratibu kwa vile wako karibu na walengwa wa misaada hiyo na wameshafanya tafiti nyingi zitakazowasaidia kutimiza malengo hayo.
Je Membe na serikali wako tayari kushirikiana na TAMONGSCO?

Dear members
As we have been following in the media and other sources, the Uk government has resolved to return the stolen radar money to Tanzania thorugh the private sector. TAMONGSCO has been and is still following up on this matter in Tanzania and the UK. We will keep on posted on the development.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Association shall be non-political and are aimed at achieving the following:-
- To establish collaboration between the Ministry and the managers and owners of Non-Government schools or colleges in all areas that will promote excellence in the field of Education.'
- To improve communication between the Ministry and the Association.
- To provide members with information on current technical and technological development in Education.
- To exchange ideas with other organization both on National and International matters of mutual interests.
- To encourage members to facilitate seminars and fairs where new educational materials can easily be shared or exposed.
- To publish periodicals and newsletters as a provision of forum for members.
- To provide assistance and serve as a resource centre in all aspects related to Education including database for teachers, statistical centre and a repository for current research.
- To participate in providing inputs that will be used by the Ministry in presenting the budget for the Ministry including taxation.
- To participate in providing inputs that will be used by the Ministry in policy making.
- To establish in collaboration with the Ministry an accrediting body for non-government schools.
- To co-ordinate with Heads of schools/colleges in order to enable them to discuss issues of mutual interests.
- To facilitate and coordinate cultural and sports activities in schools/colleges.
- To promote, by all legal and ethical means, the objectives of the Association.
