    We actually deal with various prime lands in prime region areas of DSm, Arusha, Mwanza, Mbeya and Dodoma. Plots are for:-
    · Housing estate (single storey structures, apartments, town house or villas, low cost houses/medium/high end?)

    With the new legislations on property ownership being in place, namely Unit Titles Act(Condominium law) of 2008 and Mortgage financing Act of 2008, Acquiring a land for developing residential units for sale to individuals preferably employees is highly recommended.

    Mkuu ...nyie mna tovuti lenu lenye picha za hizi nyumba na viwanja? Ingekuwa vizuri zaidi utuwekee bei zake pia.
    Mimi natafuta kiwanja Mbezi Beach ila sipo tayari kulipa zaidi ya 40M. Sina haraka..nitasubiri sana tu!! subira yavuta heri (kama ni kweli)!!

Watanzania inabidi tuwe wabunifu wa "kuonyesha na kuiuza expertise" yetu tuliyonayo kwa kina zaidi na bayana. Maelezo hayo yoote yangetosheleza iwapo ExpertBroker angeandika ktk website yake yenye picha, maelezo ya nyumba/viwanja, locations, bei zake na contacts (simu/email).

    Pia umefikia wakati muafaka wa Estate/Property owners and Agents KUJENGA NYUMBA kisha kuziuza ama kuzipangisha/kuziuza (purchase-tenant schemes) kama vile yanavyofanya makampuni/mashirika ya Kenya (HFCK, Nairobi City Council, n.k.).     Nakubaliana na wachangiaji kuwa tangazo hilo halijakaa kitaalamu, maana mambo ya real estate ni magumu na utapeli ni mwingi, transfer procedures kule ardhi ni ufisadi na wizi mtupu. Tangazo lazima liwe na vigezo vya kutosha ili kupunguza maswali nk.

    Hivyo, website ingekuwa na information ambayo ni comprehensive enough, ili wenye interest wafanye evaluation na decision.

Vpi kama angebandika tangazo lake kwenye nguzo ya Tanesco ama mbuyu? Leo hii kaileta JF unasema hana ubunifu wa kuonesha expertise yake? Au ndugu ni mpinzani? ama unaongeza idadi ya posts ili mradi umechangia?

    Tusiwavunje moyo wajasiriamali wanaojikwamua kutokana na umasikini! Mimi kama mjasiriamalishupavu namuunga mkono EB, na kamwe asife moyo!     Tuache western mentality kwamba bila kuwa na website, you are not a serious bussinessman! Vilevile EB katwambia yeye ni broker (dalali), sasa kumwambia ajenge nyumba auze kama wafanyavyo NHC na NSSF, hapo unanichanganya mwanawane!

    Sitakuwa mnafiki kwa kusema ukweli esp kwa watanzania wanaopenda kuwakatisha tamaa wenzao!
