    Jitahidi kupata vyakula laini kama mchemsho wa ndizi na nyama za kuku au samaki, halafu pia funga kitambaa au kanga around....zungushia tumbo fundo unaliweka mgongoni, fanya mazoezi mepesi ya tumbo kila siku na epuka kula zaidi mafuta (fats) na carbohydrates

    Litapungua tu lenyewe with time, mwache mama ale vyakula vya kurutubisha maziwa ya mtoto. Haya mambo ya shape na figure yatakuja baadaye, nadhani afya ya mtoto ni bora zaidi kuliko shape ya mkeo kwa sasa.

Baada ya mwanamke kujifungua, kupungua kwa tumbo na hata kurudia kwake katika hali ya awali hutegemea na maumbile pamoja na chakula ambacho mzazi atakula wakati wa kunyonyesha. Tumesikia jinsi ambavyo beer zinaleta kitambi, hali kadhalika, mama mzazi akilishwa vyakula vyenge wanga zaidi na mafuta basi tumbo lake litaendelea kubaki kwenye hali hio kwa kipindi mrefu, na wengi wao kushindwa kabisa kurudia hali ya awali. Unaweza pia uka - google na ukapata mawazo tofauti ya research mbalimbali kwa vyakula vinavyofaa kwa wamama wanaonyonyesha. Ila kwa ushauri tu, si vyema ukaanza kumchanganya na maswala ya tumbo kupungua katika kipindi hichi ambacho mtoto bado ni mdogo...wanawake wengi siku hizi hawayapendi hayo matumbo na nina amini kuwa muda wake ukifika, ataanza kulishughulikia kisawasawa:wink2:

    ...Hongera sana Mkuu. Akishapata nguvu ajaribu kufanya mazoezi kama sits up labda hata 40 kwa siku kama ataweza (20 asubuhi na nyingine jioni) huwa zinasaidia sana.

    Hlo lckupe tatzo, hupungua jenyewe automaticaly na wala hakuna dawa, it take kama wki 6 tumbo kurud kwene hal ya awal, ila ukiona halijarud after6 then muone daktar mana yaweza kuwa failed subinvolution ya uterus au sepsis, mpe mda wa kupumzka mkeo,anywe maj meng,juice, matunda, na ale vzur, pia ucfanye naye ngono ths time mpaka 6 weeks zpte.
