Nimekuwa nikijiuliza siku nyingi na sipati jibu,iliwahi kunitokea siku moja nikiwa nachezesha mpira wa miguu kama referee.Ilitokea kwenye mpira wa kurusha toka nje ya uwanja,na mchezaji aliporusha mpira ulikwenda moja kwa moja wavuni bila kuguswa na mchezaji yeyote wa timu zote mbili,mimi nilikataa goli hilo na nilikuwa na sababu zangu,lakini waliofunga walipinga sana kwa kusema kuwa nimewaonea.Sasa hapo sheria za soka zinasemaje endapo hali kama hii itajitokeza?

Nashukuru mkuu kwa ufafanuzi,maana mi niliwaambia kuwa mchezaji aliyerusha mpira alikuwa nje ya uwanja hivyo hawezi kufunga goli akiwa nje,na hapohapo mfungaji ametumia mikono wakati ule ni mpira wa miguu ndio zilikuwa sababu zangu za kukataa goli hilo japo sikuwa na ufafanuzi wa kitaalamu kama ulioutoa...
