    RADIO PLANNING MANAGER

    Manage coverage, Capacity and quality of the network through planning and optimization activities in order to support business requirements, propose solutions that will help to increase coverage and capacity in the network.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Prepare Radio Master Plan annually.

    2. To organize site survey for macro & micro sites to meet traffic and coverage requirements and according to the roll out team requirement.

    3. To plan for new sites including indoor or building coverage solution, cell size and antennas• (Azimuth or tilt) and / or location to meet traffic capacity & coverage needs and to fix reported quality issues.

    4. To perform Frequency planning on the required cells by optimization, new sites expansion or region retuning

    5. To Balance BSC traffic for existing BSCs and to make sure that no BSC that is overloaded in terms of traffic and TRX

    REQUIREMENT:

    3-5 years of experience

    POWER ENGINEER

    Administer daily system operation and maintenance of all Operational Support Systems Nodes to ensure accurate report generation with minimum disruptions

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Get the contractors to resolve issues related to power as quickly as possible to ensure minimum down time.

    2. Ensure that preventive maintenance of generators and power installations are carried out as required

    3. Responsible for acceptance test for all newly installed power equipments.

    4. Perform designing and dimensioning of power system (Cables, Generator, Rectifiers, Air conditioners, batteries etc).

    5. Issuing reports requested by area management or general management.

    REQUIREMENT:

    3-4 Years of experience

    OSS ENGINEER

    2. Develop customized KPI Reports using complex sql scripts.

    4. Using PHP /JAVA programming skills to develop some utilities for automating tasks

    5. Daily Maintenance of OSS nodes by troubleshooting LAN connectivity and system health status.

    OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER

    To Manage an end-user quality service (performance reporting. quality plan actions implementation)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    To implement key performance jndi~4!ors that will describe the performance of the services offered by Tigo from an end-user perspective - for vojci but alsQ other VAS services. These KPls are incremental to the existing MIC Management KPls.

    To support other existing functions (radio planning and core optimization departments) to achieve established KPI targets.

    To follow up that identified changes are implemented and escalate to the Head of Planning if this is not the case.

    To follow up on other MIC best practices and to identify opportunities from other MIC operations that could serve the local operations

    To propose and to implement actions to improve network quality that can satisfy customer as well as sort out all customer complaints.

    NOC MANAGER

    To ensure smooth network operations, in order to maintain high network availability and to achieve the overall company goals and that the network operation centre talent is used effectively and efficiently to accomplish network service availability up to 99.99%

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. To set up a complete Network Operation Centre

    2. To take care of all Fault Management activities (monitoring of alarms, notification to operations, tracking of corrective actions, reporting of fault to "ticket closed" activities)

    3. To operate a trouble ticket system, a work order management system and a network manager of network element managers

    4. To centralize all network changes request and to coordinate the implementation of the changes through generation of work orders

    5. Prepare and send weekly and monthly reports to network related operations and manage security procedures (specifically for site access)

    IN OPERATIONS MANAGER

    To Manage the IN platform securing set availability standards and performing support activities. Manage implementation of network changes initiated by the Planning function issued through Work Orders. Manage acceptance tests and integration activities.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    To handle O&M activities of the IN platforms

    To implement all work orders received from the NOC (network changes implementation), including data fills, routing changes, signaling network changes, numbering plan implementations

    Responsible for the design, development / customization / acquisition and implementations of commercial products / systems to the IN systems to be offered to our subscribers or to be used internally

    To perform detailed investigation/analysis in case of escalation of trouble tickets that cannot be resolved by the level 1 maintenance.

    To perform the integration tests of the IN new node or new application / feature being put in production according to MIC specifications

    HEAD OF ROLL OUT

    To produce and manage accurate Projects resource plans that will ensure the timely and quality delivery of the network rollout projects within agreed budget

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. To coordinate with the respective stack-holders for the commissioning. integration, acceptance and handing over of project completed

    2. To ensure that quality standards as required by the organization are met at all stages of the projects execution.

    3. For Projects requiring several nodes/systems (eg. radio Network Engineering. Field Operations, Systems planning. Power and civil works) to seamlessly manage and coordinate the project flow activities such that all foreseeable risks and bottlenecks are within control.

    4. To produce regular projects updates reports which should include projects progress, budget management, resource constrains and expected time of completion.

    5. To effectively manage Contractors during the project and close project only after quality acceptance is fully satisfied

    REQUIREMENT

    5-6 years of experience

    Bachelor's Degree and Project Management Certifications. Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or Process Management
