    Naibu Waziri wa Ujenzi, Dk. Harrison Mwakyembe, amegeuka mbogo baada ya kufanya ziara ya kushtukiza eneo la Kivukoni jijini Dar es Salaam na kuelezwa asilimia kubwa ya mapato yanayopatikana yanatumika kuendesha kivuko hicho.

    Dk. Mwakyembe aligeuka mbogo baada ya Mkuu wa Kivuko cha Kigamboni, Mhandisi John Gama, kueleza kwamba mapato ya kivuko hicho kwa mwezi ni Sh 221,173,230 wakati matumizi ni wastani wa Sh. 223,314,481 kwa kipindi hicho.

    Gama alieleza pia kwamba gharama kubwa ni ununuzi wa mafuta ambayo ni Sh. Milioni 102 kwa mwezi.

    Taarifa hiyo ilimfanya Naibu Waziri huyo kuonyesha kutoridhishwa na hali ya mapato na matumizi na kueleza kwamba idadi ya watu na magari ambayo yanatumia vivuko kila siku hailingani

    Kivuko kile serikali imekuwa inakifanyia mzaha sana miaka yote wakati ni muhimu sana kwa wananchi na kipato cha serikali na ajira.
    Kwanza hakina tena uwezo wa kuhudumia ipasavyo. Kimezidiwa na watu na magari. Nafasi ya watembea kwa miguu haitoshi kabisa na inaonyesha inaweeza tokea ajali mbya pale magogoni, Mungu aepushilie mbali. Lakini serikali inatakiwa ichukue hatua za haraka kukiboresha. Kwa mtazamo wangu ingetakiwa kwa sasa kuwe na vivuko vinne, mbili zinashusha upande mmoja na mbili upande wa pili.
    Ukusanyaji mapato ni mbovu sana sana. Zinatakiwa computerized tickets. Kuna wakati ticket zinabadilika badilika rangi tu pale, sasa hatujui kama kuna walichapisha zao au vipi.
    Kwa hesabu za haraka haraka ni lazima waweze kuingiza zaidi ya Tshs. 250 mln. kwa mwezi. Tatizo kubwa ni lazima litakuwa kwenye mafuta na vipuri na huenda wafanyakazi hewa. Zaidi ya hapo mipango au taratibu ni mbovu kabisa. Kivuko kinapoteza muda mwingi sana ku- "off-load na ku- load". Kwa sababu magari yanatanguliwa na abiria wa miguu kutoka, na hawaelekezwi vizuri kupita upande wa abiria wa miguu na matokeo yake badala ya kivuko kupakua kwa dakika kama nne ~tano tu huchukua hadi dakika 15 na kupakia dakika 20 matokeo yake hata trip tatu kwa saa hazifikii. Na wakkati huo engine zinafyonza mafuta na kuongeza joto la dunia plus pollution.
    Hadi hapo Tanzania itakapoacha kuchagua viongozi vihiyo kwa sababu zao za kisiasa kwenye hizi fani muhimu pamoja na wanasiasa wasio na vision wananchi tutapata shida sana.
    Wakati mwingine serikali yetu huonekana kama inafanya haya mambo kwa makusudi kabisa. Kungoja mpaka mambo yawe mabaya kabisa ili waanze kuwatafuta wale wale wafanya biashara wao mashuhuri na kuwataka wafanye mambo kwa haraka haraka ili kuepuka sheria zote za mannunuzi "procurement procedures" ili Bwana Patel aendelee kuchangia chama. Na ni hao hao wanaofanya mizengwe ili daraja lisijengwe.
    Aibu gani hii baada ya miaka 50 ya uhuru?

    Mkuu, the fact ni kwamba hiyo pesa inapanda ngazi, kuanzia wakata kiteki hadi wakubwa... naskia kuna very powerful network

    kama mwakyembe yupo sirias inabidi aangile uwezekano wa system overhaul au kupendekeza kigamboni development agency ambayo mbali na infrastructure, pia iangalie mipango yote ya maendeleo

    kuna uswahili sana kwa sasa

    na hao wafanyakazi wa chini ni miungu watu mkuu... viburi kupita kiasi kwani majority wameletwa na watu wao

    thansk mkuu kwa uchanganuo... ukweli ni kwamba wanahitaji zaidi ya presentation kufanya maamuzi, naona amekomalia injini moja/mbili kuwashwa lakini issue pale ni zaidi ya hiyo..waangalie pia ni watu wangapi wanavuka kila siku

    very true... kweli wewe ni mdau wa kigamboni... umeweka vyema sana hali halisi... apart from administration and finance, tatizo kubwa ni logistics management

    Kuhusu procurement, we love emergency procurement... coz there we can dance around

    Mpaka leo sijasikia kama daraja linajengwa au la, ingawa kuna mjuaji mmoja alisema linaanza february mwaka huu

    what i see now ni kwamba the government has either lost it or totally ignored all rosy plans for kigamboni

    Mwakyembe bado hajajuwa kazi yake,muda wa kuibua ufisadi ni wakati alipo kuwa mbunge sasa hivi yuko serikalini ni naibu waziri anatakiwa KUUKOMESHA! Anatakiwa kuwatuma watu wafanye uchunguzi na hatua kuchukuliwa wakati wa kulalamika umeisha,kapewa rungu alitumie.

    sina ushahidi lakini nahisi wanaiba sana hapo kivukoni na mgao unaanza kwa incharge wa hapo hadi wakata tiketi, hivyo kumaliza tatizo ni lazima kuweka utaratibu mpya wa tiketi ambazo ni computerized na kuweka watu wapya ama sivyo kila siku computer zitakuwa mbovu au system down ili waendeleze wizi

    Habari ya daraja la Kigamboni, sina kumbukumbu hivi iko kwenye Ahadi za JK?? Saa hizi mambo yote ni kujenga fly-overs. By the way kuhamia Dodoma ni aje?? Wenzetu wa Nigeria na Malawi nasikia walikuja kujifunza kwetu na wamefanikiwa sie mmmh!! Solution ni kuhamia Dodoma Tu, kama haiwezekani serikali ya JK itutangazie rasmi. naona nguvu inaelekezwa kukarabati na kujenga majengo mapya ya wizara na taasisi za serikali, kama mpango upo kwa nini taasisi za serikali zisijenge Dodoma???
