    Samaki wabishi wawili
    Kitunguu saumu kimoja
    Kitunguu maji kimoja
    Nyanya mbili kubwa
    Tangawizi kidogo
    Ndimu mbili
    Pilipili ndefu (nyekundu) moja
    Chumvi half teasp
    Maji vikombe vitatu

    Safisha samaki vizuri na kama ni wakubwa kata vipande viwili
    Menya kitunguu maji
    Menya kitunguu saumu
    Menya Tangawizi
    Weka kwenye blender kitunguu maji, Tangawizi, nyanya na saumu na pilipili usage viwe laini
    Chukua samaki weka kwenye sufuria
    Weka mchanganyiko wa kitunguu maji,Tangawizi, saumu, nyanya na pilipili kwenye sufuria
    Weka chumvi kwenye mchanganyiko
    Kata ndimu na uzikamulie kwenye mchanganyiko
    Ongeza maji
    Chemsha mchanganyiko huu ukiwa umefunikwa kwa dakika15 kwa moto wa polepole
    maji yakiwa nusu palia mkaa juu kama vile unapalia wali
    Acha uchemke huku ukiangalia kila mara mpaka samaki wabadilike
    Ukifungua utakuta samaki wamekuwa brown na mchuzi unaladha nzuri kwelikweli.


    Chakula hiki hakina mafuta hata kidogo. Unaweza ukala na ukali, chapati n.k. upendavyo.

    Nadhani ww ni mkerewe maana ndivyo wanavyopika ej sato. Kwa kumsaidia msomaji hakikisha samaki awe mkavu au mbichi anapikwa mda mrefu kama nyama. Samaki akiiva mchuzi huwa kama maziwa
