    Mapishi yetu ya leo yatakuwa ni ndizi mshare (wengi wanapenda kuziita ndizi moshi) na nyama ya ng'ombe.
    Mahitaji
    · Ndizi Mshare mbichi 16
    · Nyama ya ng'ombe 1/2 kilo
    · Vitunguu maji vikubwa 2
    · Nyanya 1
    · Pili pili hoho 1
    · Karoti 1
    · Mafuta ya kupikia kijiko kikubwa 1
    · Chumvi kiasi
    Matayarisho
    1. Osha nyama vizuri na kata kata vipande vidogo unavyopendelea na kisha uichemshe hadi iive. Nyama yenye mafuta kidogo na mifupa kidogo inafaa sana kwa ndizi.
    2. Menya ndizi zako vizuri na kuzikata katikati kwa urefu na kisha kwa upana (mshazari), kisha zioshe na kuweka kwenye sufuria yenye maji masafi.
    3. Katakata vitunguu, nyaya, karoti na pilipili hoho.
    4. Chukua sufuria yako ya kupikia weka ndizi kiasi kisha weka nyama na supu yake, na vitu vyote ulivyokatakata weka pamoja (vitunguu, nyanya, hoho na karoti) kisha weka na ndizi zilizobaki kwa juu. Hakikisha supu inatosha kuivisha ndizi, kama ni kidogo sana ongeza maji ya moto kidogo. Hakikisha ndizi hazizami zote kwenye supu.
    5. Bandika jikoni kwa moto wa kiasi na zikichemka, geuza na kisha weka mafuta ya kupikia (na nazi tui la kwanza ukipenda). Acha zichemke hadi ziive kabisa bila kuwa na kiini katikati.
    6. Epua na andaa meza tayari kwa kula.
