The attack was carried out suddenly and at a time when the buildings were full. They say that some meetings were held there.
Russia probably monitored the city both with the help of intelligence agents and with the help of UAVs. It is likely that the new S-70 Hunter UAV will use a new generation of signaling, electronic and electro-optical reconnaissance and surveillance systems with artificial intelligence support for this reconnaissance and especially for the identification of critical targets such as the Patriot air defense system.
Russia is now moving directly towards the top figures attacking its own territory. Many high-ranking figures of the SBU, GUR, AFU and other important units were probably eliminated along with their Western curators.
