    Habari, mimi nina tatizo la kunenepa kila nizaapo, nina watoto 3, na wote nimewazaa kwa operation, na mtoto akianza kunyonya nami naanza kunenepa, ila nikiwa na mimba nakonda sana kwa ajili ya kuumwa, sasa watu wananiambia nifanye diet, nami cjui kama kuna diet wakati unanyonyesha, na tumbo langu kubwa, je naweza funga baada ya mda gani? Huyu mwanangu ana miezi 9, naombeni msaada kama naweza punguza tumbo na mwili wakati nanyonyesha.

    kwa operation swala la mazoezi ni ngumu na diet kwa mtu anayenyonyesha ni vigumu pia ngoja tusibiri wataalamu.lakini swala la operation kama doctor hajakuassign kuwa operated ni bora kujifungua kwa njia ya kawaida maana unaweza ku control tumbo kwa urahisi kwa kweli mi binafsi nina mtoto lakini hukiambiwa nimeshazaa huwezi amini nimeweza ku control tumbo na mwili kama zamani lakini inawezekana njia za uzazi wa mpango ndo zinachangia kunenepa kwako

    usile sana,simple!,hamna cha operation wala kufunga tumbo...usitafute sababu ukajiachia na mavyakula,kula balanced diet ila small proportion...

    Nimekuelewa, na kuzaa kwa operation ni doctor alisign, mana njia yangu ndogo, na kuhusu njia za uzazi wa mpango sijawahi 2mia, ila nataka kuanza kutumia nikishaanza matumizi.

    Kuhusu chakula wala cli sana, ni kiac cha kushiba, na siendekezi mavyakula ya kunenepesha, yani hapa ndipo ninapaangalia zaidi.

    We usikute ni wale wanaoshindiliaga mtori, uji wa ulezi na supu zilizojazwa blueband maana kwa style hiyo lazima unenepeane bila break.

    Jitahidi kula vyakula visivyojazwa mafuta mengi (kula matunda na mboga mboga nyingi huku ukipima vyakula vingine ulavyo) na kama kidonda kilishapona anza mazoezi madogo madogo huku ukiongeza. Kama bado kua atleast unatembea kila siku mara moja au mbili kwa mida wa dakika 45-60 kila mara.

    Hongera na kila la kheri mwaya.
