    Picha ya Ms Hudson ya mwezi Septemba 2009 anaonekana hana furaha kabisa........................ikimaanisha uzito ulimpunguzia kujiamini ukilinganisha na picha yake ya Aprili 2010.......kama miezi saba baadaye.............tusichojua ni madawa gani aliyotumia kupunguza uzito........na madhara yake ya muda mfupi na mrefu..................But she now looks happier than ever before.....................................

    Hii hapa imefanya kazi kwa mtu wangu wa karibu

    Early morning one liter of warm water with a bit of lemon then walking for 30 minutes or other type of exercise

    Normal lunch

    A small portion of dinner made of veggies

    mi nilishawahi fanya diet three weeks nakula fruits na cabbage soup bila carbs w nilipungua ajabu.

    inategemea mtu na mtu. Kama unataka matokeo ya haraka kula fruits na vegies tu kwa three weeks,then three days unafast,then three days juice na nyama ya kuchemsha au samaki.

    Hasizidishe zaidi ya hapo manake saa nyingine wanapitiliza.Alafu naona anatumika kwenye tangazo la weight watchers,najua ni poa kwake kutengeneza hela lakini nadhani saa nyingine ni vizuri wakaongea ukweli kwa fans wao na kuwapa moyo kwamba mazoezi na kula vizuri ni tosha kuliko kuwafanya waone bila kupitia bidhaa za weight watchers hawato punguza uzito kama wao.

    fruits n veggies ni nzuri kama mtu mvumilivu na bila kusahau mazoezi ni muhimu sana kwa siku.


    kitu kingine ni kula kiwango kidogo mara tano kwa siku kila baada masaa 3.asubuhi cereal inatosha ,saa nne ukapata matunda saa saba mboga za majani na nyama kidogo, saa kumi salad na saa moja .kunywa maji mengi na mazoezi lisaa limoja kwa siku au nusu saa inategemea na mda wako kutembea kukimbia poa.kiwango kiwe kidogo.

    kula kwa mtindo huo inasaidia sana kuzidisha metabolism yako.unapokaa kwa mda mrefu bila kula mwili unakuwa unajaribu kuhifadhi chakula katika mfumo wa mafuta, kwani unaona mwili haupati chakula cha kutosha na ndio hapo mtu unakuta unanenepa kutokana na mafuta ynayohifadhiwa mwilini.

    Tunatofautiana jamani, mimi alivyokuwa mwanzo ndio mwanamke anayenivutia(asizidi hapo),kakitambi ka kike kwa mbaaali. Mimi hawa mamisi Tanzania kwa kweli hawanipi aski kabisa. Napenda kubonya nyama ila isiwe nyama uzembe sana.
