Room to Read Tanzania invites sealed bids from eligible Medical Insurance Service Providers to perform Medical Insurance Cover to its staff and their dependents.
Bidding is open to all eligible Insurance Companies Locally Registered to provide Medical Insurance Cover with the Tanzania Government (Insurance Brokers and Agents are not invited to participate in this tendering process).

Envelopes containing sealed bids must be marked with the procurement reference number/ITB No. and name as indicated above.
A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be inspected and collected at zero cost from the address given below from 12/02/2024 to 27/02/2024 from 09:00 am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. Bids must be delivered to the address below by or before 27/02/2024 at 10:00am.
Late bids, electronic bids, portion bids and bids not received and opened in public at the tender opening ceremony shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 10:00am of 27/02/2024 immediately after closure time of bid receipt.
All rights reserve with the Room to Read pertaining to the rejection, acceptance and cancellation of bids with or without reasons whatsoever.
