Shabani is both a Teacher of English Linguistics and the Tanzania Swahili Language. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education with a focus on Guidance and Counseling, along with English Linguistics from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. Since graduating in 2016, he has been providing teaching services for both physical and online classes, using platforms like Zoom and WhatsApp.

In addition to his teaching role, he is an experienced expert in offering Guidance and Counseling services to both clients and institutions. Shabani is also a member of the Tanzania Psychological Association (TAPA) and serves as the coordinator for the TAPA West and Central Zone regions, covering Dodoma, Singida, Tabora, and Kigoma.
