Hii imenikuta jana, natoka zangu job jioni nikasema nipitie dukani nikanunue mahitaji mawili matatu. Nimeshanunua nakaribia mlangoni simu inaita , naangalia naona namba land line siijui.Nikapokea na mazungumzo yangu na Caller yakawa hivi.

Caller: Hallooo (Sauti ya mwanamke wa makamu kiasi atleast 40 years of age)
Maundumula: Halloo habari

Caller: Wewe ndio unaitwa Maundumula (sauti ya ukali)
Maundumula: (Anasita kidogo kwakuwa anayepiga simu hajajitambulisha na tone yake inaonesha yupo impatient)

Caller: Au sio wewe mimi nikate simu
Maundumula: Ndio mimi , nazungumza na nani?

Caller: Mbona unanijibu kwa ukali, nitakata simu mimi, nakupigia kwa faida yako mwenywe
Maundumula: (Confused, anabaki kimya)

Caller: Uliomba kazi ya ...... au hukuomba nikate simu?
Maundumula: Unapiga simu kutoka wapi?

Caller: Nina watu wengine wa kuwapigia na wewe unanipotezea muda, au nikate simu??
Maundumula. Mama, mbona unakuwa mkali hivyo , au ndio unanipigia ushahidi tu wakati mna watu wenu mmeshawaahidi kazi?

Caller: Huoo usemi ndio ufute kabisa yaani uufute kabisaaa huo wa kusema tuna watu wetu tungekuwa na watu wetu tusingekupigia blah blah blah (Amehamaki temper is at max, breathing heavily) , au unataka nikate simu eeeeh
Maundumula: Bora ukate tu mama maana naona hatutaelewana
Caller: Tiii tiii (Hang up)

Ushauri wangu: Hizi kazi za mawasiliano ni vyema wawe wanapewa watu ambao wamesomea na communication skills japo kidogo. Huwezi kupiga simu hujajitambulisha wewe nani na unapiga kutoka wapi halafu on top unajifanya una haraka wakati hiyo mojawapo ya kazi yako.

Ni aibu kwa taasisi kubwa kama hii kutokuwa na mtu competent wa kuweza kupiga simu akaongea kwa kueleweka tena kwenye lugha ya nyumbani. Nadhani next time watu kama hawa wakikupigia wao wakiongea Kiswahili dawa yao kuwajibu kwa kizungu . Kizungu huwafanya watanzania waende kwenye point moja kwa moja :happy:.
 
Wengi wao huhisiwanamiliki hizo ofisi, customer care ni problem kwa Watz wengi.

Hii ilinitokea mwaka 2009 ndo namaliza chuo. Alikuwa ni Zone manager NMB-Southern Zone wa wakati huo sijui kama kabadilishwa na ilikuwa Jumapili. kuuliza naongea nani akawa mkali.

Nikamwambia kupigiwa na landline inamaana kuwa naongea na taasisi na sio mtu binafsi. Alinijibu hovyo na kukata simu.
 
Kaka pole sana, customer care TZ iko nyuma, lakini matatizo yapo kwa mfumo wa ufundishwaji wenyewe kabisa. Anyways lakini ss hv tunataka fanya integration ya NLP wakati wa kuwafundisha hawa watu, ila wawe fresh maana kumfundisha mtu anayekwambia 'sisi tumezoeaga hivi..' ni hatari zaidi
 
ha ha ha....pole mkuu....huo mkwara wa "au nikate simu" umenifurahisha. alilazimishwa kukupigia labda huenda ulionekana wewe ndio mwenye sifa na uzoefu. yeye alishaweka mtu wake pending......:eek2:

Hapo kwenye red Mkuu! Kwani lini ilikuwapo? Wa-TZ sisi ni mzigo kwenye Jumuiya ya A/M. Ni bora kazi zote wachukue tu hawa wa-Kenya. Mpaka hata Serikalini waajiri tu wa-Kenya sisi hatuna maana tumb..f zetu!

Hivi kuna vyuo vinavyofundisha masuala ya huduma kwa wateja hapa kwetu? Kenya kwenye vyuo vya aina hiyo kama utitiri ndo maana yanajua sana maswala ya Huduma kwa wateja. Yaani ukienda kwenye hata kwenye hitel palipo na M-Kenya tegemea huduma ya kufa mtu, kabla hujakaa umeshaulizwa huduma unayohitaji.
 
mmh, tupatie hio namba ya landline ili tuwape ukweli, maana kama kazi ushakosa..
 
Why don' we think it in a positive way?! Wht if lengo lake ni kuona "how you can handle difficult customers?" Niaje kama nilitaka kuona "how u can work under pressure?" Wht if i meant to knw how you can manage ur calls?!

i was thinking the same, hapo kuwork under pressure panahusu sana. kama ndio ilikuwa interview yenyewe hapo kashafeli.
 
Mkuu nashindwa kuamini kama hii imetokea seriously....nimecheka kinoma nahisi kama komed flani hivi natamano nomwone huyo bi. mkubwa...pole sanaaa!!!!

was that supposed to be part of an interview au ndo kusema kampuni zenu zachuja watu kwa njia hiyo? Even if it was part of an interview an interviewer had a call of introducing her/himself . After all working under pressure haimaanishi hiyo condition but kufanya kazi under limited time Coz PRESSURE= WORK/TIME.

I think hawa customer care epmloyees, huwa wana wivu pia na vyeo vya wenzao teh, so kuwapigia watu ili wapate kazi zenye mazlahi kuliko ya kwao huwaumiza vijiroho vyao.

Ndo maana mie huwa nawaambia watu, why take a job you don't Love and feel in heart? You have to love the job before you accept it.

Naweee, unaleta mambo ya fizikia za sekondari ndani ya jukwaa la GTs?! .....hapo si mahala pake!! Anyway, tuache hilo, but nilichosema ni why don' we think it in a positive way...na ndio maana nikatanguliza "handling difficult customers!" Hivi we unawafahamu difficult customers au unasema tu?! Let's say u're service provider; umesham boa sana mteja wako with ur unsatisfactory service to him/her....then, unatarajia huyo m2 akupigie simu na kuanza kuji-introduce kwamba am mr. so and so ?!?!?! u can not be serious chuck!! Alichofanya huyo mdada ndiyo haswaaa kinachofanywa na hao difficult customers....nd in fact, wanaenda mbali zaidi ya hapo!!!

Likewise, hata kama sisemi kwamba hiyo ilikuwa ndiyo interview yenyewe(remember wht i said, i.e. let's think it in +ve way), lakini kwa wengine (orgs zingine) interview is just a process....ni mchakato!! organisations za aina hiyo interview ni b4 hujafika hata hapo kwenye interview panel...u got it chuck?! they can even watch u wht du do after leaving the wash room.....do you clean ur hands?! ur tendency after leaving the wash room explain a lot abt u!!!! One may ask, suala la kusafisha mikono after leaving the wash room lina uhusiano gani kwenye interview!!! Do you think a person who can not even clean his/her hands after leaving the wash room anaweza kuwa perfect match 2 work with business executives?! The answer is absolutely NOT! Others even watch u the way u open and close the door in the interview room!

Now let's go back to hiyo theory ya ku-work under pressure......don' tell me kama unachofahamu suala la ku-work under pressure linaishia hapo hapo ulipoelezea ww kwa ku-work under limited time hadi ukafikia kutoa hiyo P=W/T!!!! YES, u've limited time and u need to complete the task at ur desk within the given time no matter wht!!! Bad enough, wakati upo completely constrained na time; people above you they don wanna hear anything but the job 2b done efficiently....na katika situation kama hiyo unaposhindwa ku-handle the situation unaweza hata kugombana na wakubwa zako kwani si ajabu kila dakika ukawa unapigiwa kama si kuingiliwa ofisini "as 2 why the job is not yet done!" Hawa watu lazima wakushinikize coz' na wao huko wanakumbana na similar situation! May be the board of directors wanamshinikiza CEO wako apeleke report as soon as possible......si ajabu board yenyewe nayo inaghasiwa na owners of the company.....u need to calm down to work under these situation! So, though theoretically ku-work under pressure ni ku-work under limited time, but practically is how u can handle external forces while working under tht limited time nd make sure ur job is done effectively nd efficiently within tht time! if u can not handle such situation, ur work may be poorly completed!
 
NasDaz wat if i applied for more than one company with the same service?does asking who r u o whr r calling from a suicide?

Hayo maongezi yamenikumbusha siku nimepigiwa na watu wa sijui mnaiita Taesa(sina uhakika na jina)...
Yule dada sijui alikua ametoka kukatwa mshahara sasa alikua anatafuta mahali pa kupunguzia stress....
Eti ile kumuuliza tu "nani mwenzangu", basi likawa kosa, jibu lililotoka hapo naliweka kapuni...
Nilivyoona simuelewi elewi nikakata zangu simu...
