Job details
The job involves: creating a people plan for the organization for the next 5 years. Coordinating recruitment; monitoring the performance management system; liaising with the Training and Development department to ensure that learning needs are fulfilled; preparing Human Resources Information System reports for review by the Management and generally developing and implementing strategies and policies favorable to the long-term sustainability of the workforce within the Bank.

Required qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management. A Postgraduate Qualification is desirable. S/he should have worked as a HR Manager or an Assistant HR Manager in a Bank / large organization (of at least 500 people) for at least 5 years.

Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to manage a team; run operational activities and develop polices. Numerical skills will be an added advantage
