    Leo hii nimepotelewa na simu yangu mtandao wa TIGO na nimesajili namba yangu, nikaomba simu ya mtu ili nipige CUstomer Service wa block line yangu ili namba yangu isitumike kwa matumizi mabaya, nikapiga simu namba 100 nikasikiliza maelezo baada ya hapo unaambiwa upige simu namba 15301 ili uweze kuongea na mhudumu wa TIGO lakini wakaweka angalizo kuwa kila dakika unatozwa shilingi 100. Nikapiga hiyo namba nikapokelewa kwa mapozi mengi na mkaka nikamweleza shida yangu kuwa nimepotelewa na simu yangu naomba ----- ni ifunge ili isitumike vibaya jibu nililopewa ni hivi:- TIGO HAINA HUDUMA YA KUFUNGA LINE YAKO HATA KAMA UMEIBIWA SASA HIVI CHAKUFANYA TAFUTA OFISI ZETU POPOTE ULIPO UKAOMBE PALE WATAKUFUNGIA NA KAMA UNATAKA KUISWAP HIYO NAMBA YAKO INABILI UTAJA WALAO NAMBA 5 UNAZOZIPIGA MARAKWAMARA HALAFU UWATAJIE KIWANGO CHA VOCHA ULICHOWEKA MARA YAMWISHO NIKAMU.
    Nikamwambia huyo kaka hii simu imeibiwa asubui hii na hapa nilipo siwezi toka kuja kuifunga ofisini kwenu kwani ninamikutano ya kuhudhuria maana namba nimeisajili ss ugumu ukowapi akanijibu kama unaingia mkutanoni basi tuma mtu aje na Kitambulisho na hizo details zako then atashughulikiwa.

    1. Swali langu ni Je! Mbona mitandao mingine ukipotelewa simu ukipiga customer service wahfunga line yako ili isiweze kutumika tena hadi utakapoenda kuomba upya.
    2. TIGO wanawezaje kumwamini mtu aende kufunga line ambayo sio yake?? kisa anakwenda na kitambulisho na tena ieleweke kitambulisho kinachotumika sio cha mwenye simu na cha huyo anaekwenda kufunga hiyo namba
    3. Nini maana ya HUDUMA KWA WATEJA?

    Unaweza kusikia CUSTOMER CARE anakwambia zima simu washa baada ya dakika 2 simu line yako itakuwa blocked, CUSTOMER CARE WENGI DALASA LA 7 AND FORM 4

    Nadhani wote mpo sahihi ila ingekuwa vyema mtoa huduma kwa wateja angekuuliza vitu ambavyo anaona ni vya muhimu ulivyo tumia kuisajili sim yako.mfano jina lako,tarehe ya kuzaliwa,aina ya kitambulisho ulichotumia kujisajili na mwisho namba ya kitambulisho, baada ya hapo angegundua kuwa wewe ni mmiliki wa hiyo sim au laa.kwa upande mwingine usimlaumu kwani watu wengine wanatumia mwanya wa kuonge na wahudumu wa huduma kwa wateja kublock sim za watu wengine pasipokuwa na sababu.kuhusu kulipia sh.100 kwa dakika ni sawa kwani watafidia wapi sh.i kwa dakika siku nzima?ukumbuke kuwa si kila kitu ukisikiavyo ndivyo kilivyo vingine kuna vitu vingine vimejificha ambavyo havisikiki na vimo ndani yake.

    Tigo na Voda wote ni wezi tu. Tigo wameanzisha mchezo ambao walisema ni kwa kipindi cha soka la kombe la dunia lakini unaambiwa JIKOKI halafu ukituma 15010 wanakata Tshs 360. Ajabu kombe la dunia lilikwishapita bado wanaendeleza tu hata haijulikani watamaliza lini. Zantel nao vivyo. Kweli wanatafuta namna ya kufidia thumni. Voda ndio haooo vichwa ngumu hawa, wakiamua kufanya wizi wao hata usemeje hawasikilizi. Wahudumu wa namba 100 mitandao yote wanadeka sana. Huenda ndio hilo darasa la saba. Saa nyingine wakali hawataki udadisi unapouliza swali kutaka maelekezo. Wanajifanya wanajua saaaana, wanakushangaa kwa nini huelewi. Majidai kibao na pozi ya nguvu kumbe wanavuta muda ukawe mia nyingi.

    tIGO has the worst customer service among mobile companies.... kwenye post paid ndiyo usiseme, unakaa mwaka mmoja hakuna bill hakuna contact person wala nini

    IN SHORT THEY SUCK!!!

    I FACED THE SAME PROBLEM...."POOR CUSTOMER CARE" za hii mitandao ya simu....ukipiga simu hovyo ukisema uende ofisini kwao ndo usiseme......they take a lot of time wakiongea na simu zisizo za kiofisi ama wao kwa wao kuanza stori ilhali wateja wanasubiri huduma yao....MY TAKE....hili ni tatizo la kuajiri vijana japo nami ni kijana na mkereketwa wa vijana kushika hatamu...lakini vijana tukabidhiwapo nafasi tunaharibu mno jamani......! POLISI NO CUSTOMER CARE(polisijamii),HOTELINI NO CUSTOMER CARE....SHULENI NO CUSTOMER CARE......! HIZO NI HUDUMA.....KUHUSU MAVAZI NDO KABISA USIGUSE.....!MDA WOTE NI MAVAZI YAASHIRIAYO KUWA IT IS DISCO TIME&BED TIME a.k.a night dress
