Kwenye Management kuna Theory ya Administrative Theory ambayo imeweka 6 Functions za Management na 14 principles of management . Theory hii hutumika jeshini na kwenye Intelligence Institutions kwa ajili ya UTII na Chain of Command.

Katika hizi 14 principles kuna Chain of command, Authority/ Power , Discipline na Unity of direction.

Ukiwa kama Manager na ukashindwa kusimamia hizi principles , that means wewe ni failure.

Juma inawezekana ni good manager lakini anakosa Fundamental Character Ethics za Management. Aende crush course.

Huyo Juma Mgunda ni care taker tu wa timu na yeye mwenyewe analijuwa hilo.

Zalaan wale ni wa Mbagala?. Ila si shangai tokea ngao ya hisani tunacheza na vibonde, labda Alhilal anaweza akawa size yetu, ila nina uhakika baada ya mechi mtasema tumecheza na kibonde.

Sako na Okrah ni Vijana wa hovyo . Na hawawezi kuwa ni msaada kwenye timu. Ikiwa klabu inasajili vijana kama hawa na wanajiita ni Klabu kuwa ., basi jua ni hakuna kitu .
Ni watu wa Hovyo . Sako ni selfish and Hana Team work just like Okrah ! Timu yenye akili haiwezi kuwa Na takataka kama hiz
