    Nionavyo mimi wakati fulani ni kama Menejimenti za Benki huwa zinapendelea wateja wao kulundikana kwenye foleni ndefu na kushinda ndani ya benki zao kama vile hawana kazi za kufanya. Utakuta benki ina counter 6 lakini kaunta 2 au 3 tu ndiyo zinafanya kazi. Halafu kwenye nguzo zao wamekuwekeeni matangazo ya kuzima simu eti kwa usalama wa wateja bila kuzingatia kuwa wateja walioko kwenye foleni ndefu wanawajibika kufanya mawasiliano ya kibiashara na wadau wao.

    Lakini hata kwenye mashine za kutolea fedha nako hali ya foleni ni hivyo hivyo na wakati mwingine mashine hazifanyi kazi. Lakini cha kushangaza na kusikitisha zaidi ni pale benki, ikijua fika kuwa ina mkataba wa kuuza Luku, inashindwa kuhakikisha uwepo wa karatasi za kuchapishia miamala inayofanywa na wateja wake. Mteja ananunua luku fedha yake inakatwa halafu anaambiwa hakuna karatasi, ukiwauliza wanasema wasiliana na TANESCO.

    Nazishauri Menejimenti za Benki zibadilike na pale inapolazimu kuongeza nyenzo za kufanyia kazi wafanye hivyo badala ya kuendelea kuwatesa wateja wao.

    Kwa kweli hili la foleni kwenye mabenki linanikera sana.

    Haingii akilini kabisa kumweka mteja anayetaka kudeposit pesa kwenye foleni. Sina hakika na matawi mengine, lakini lile la NBC Corporate nadhani wanatakiwa kufanya kitu urgently if they are serious. La NMB sitaki hata kusema maana 'linatia kichefuchefu'! CRDB nao hivyo hivyo, ukienda pale Azikiwe utakiona, pesa zako lakini unapata suluba!

    Tanzania mfumo wake wa kibenki bado wanatumia mass production kwa kuwa wanajua kuwa wateja ni wengi na hawana alternative ndio maana wanalinga, dawa ni kuongezeka kwa mabenki na kuleta ushindani wa kweli.

    Ukitka kujua kama mabenki yetu bado yana nafasi kubwa ya kufanya vizuri hata wakiongeza matawi angalia mabenki mapya ambayo yana break even within a year na kugenerate positive cash flow ndani ya miezi sita kitu ambacho kwenye banking industry kinahshiria kuwa sector hiko underserved.

    Tunahitaji watu wengine zaidi kuwekeza kwenye banking sector au banki zilizopo ziongeze matawi zaidi

    Kuna maeneo ya Dar es salaam ambayo yakipata mabenki yatafanya vizuri na yatapunguza sio tu foleni kwenye matawi makubwa bali pia yatapunguza foleni za barabarani na air polution inayosababishwa na magari na vitu vingine vinavyoambatana na matatizo ya kwenda mjini kufuata huduma za benki.

    Maeneo yenyewe ni kama Tabata na Segerea, Tegeta na Bunju, Pugu na Chanika, Mbezi shamba na kibamba haya maeneo yana watu wengi wanaoitaji huduma za benki na wanalazimika kwenda mjini kila siku, mfano mzuri ni pale walipoamua kunbgeza matawi mbagara na buguruni imesaidia kidogo na watu ni wengi pia kwenye haya matawi.

    Benki zetu bado wana policy ya kujirundika mjini badala ya kufuata wateja, consulktants wao inabidi wawashauri wawekeze pembezoni mwa miji kama wanataka kupunguza foleni.

    yani hivi sasa natoka CRDB hapa Vijana branch nimeingia tokea saa 10:15 asubuhi huwezi kuamini ni counter tatu tu zinafanya kazi kati ya sita kusema kweli ukitoka nyumbani ikiwa unataka kwenda benki inabidi uage kabisa kuwa hutakuwaofisini kwa Muda wa siku nzima maana ni dhahiri hizi benki zinafanya makusudi kwanini wasiwe na main power ya kutosha ili hali Kimei amekali kula pesa za Mafisadi hadi pesa za EPA alizipokea na kwa sasa anahonga kuliko alivyokuwa akihonga KAMANDA Lyumba

    NBC ndo uozo mtupu, yani ni sawa na nyumba kuukuu ya zamani imepakwa rangi mpya.
    ukienda pale mlimani city jumapili utatamani kulia, foleni ya kufa mtu, counter 3 tu zina watu tena wengine wanauza sura tu yani wako slow sanaaaaaaaa!. NMB tusiseme, maana hiyo benki ya kizee sana ovyo ovyo.

    mabank mengine ni kero jamani....hasa NMB,the so called bank ya walalai...saa ingine wanalala hoi kwa sababu ya foleni....wanajidai kujitangaza kwa kufadhili michezo na vitu lukuki ili tufahamu wengi tukapigike vilivyo. inawezekana ni kweli wanafurahia watu kujazana mpaka mnaoverload A/Cs. kinawashinda kufungua branch nyingi hawa nmb ni nini? ona huku mbezi na tegeta..nbc wapo,crdb wapo,mpaka ACB na Azania wapo lakini bank ya NMB haipo na haina dalili za kuwepo soon.....jamani hapa dar wengi ni wa kuja tunatokea mawilayani huko na sio mikoani kutuma pesa huko huwezi ukakwepa nmb otherwise,nasema otherwise wangefulia ....
    anyways:ngoja Zap,Mpesa na Zpesa ziendelee kujiimarisha waone kama tutaendelea na misululu!

    Hii issue ya foleni benki ni tatizo kubwa bongo, ndio maana mimi huwa sizimi simu yangu, na nikitaka kupiga au nikipigiwa napokea tu kama kawaida kwa kuwa haiwezekani Usubirie huduma ya kibenki kwa masaa mawili hadi matatu huku umezima simu,

    Vitu vingine havihitaji watu walalamike, kama wangekuwa effective wangeliona wao wenyewe lakini wapi!! mpaka huwa nafikiri labda wanapoona watu wengi wanajipongeza .....duuuu kumbe tuna wateja wengi namna hii...

    Shame on them!!

    Namshukuru sana aliyeleta hii mada,yaliyosemwa ni kweli kabisa,utakuta counter ziko sita lakini zinazofanya kazi ni 2 au 3 hivi hii maana yake ni nini? Sidhani kama kuna haja ya kuweka counter zote hizo,njoo sasa kwenye issue ya foleni mpaka utakasirika kwanza wanafanya kazi kama vile hawataki,jamani NMB ndo usiseme utasimama kwenye foleni masaa,hivi ni kwa nini inakuwa hivi? na hali hii itaendelea mpaka lini?

    Nadhani tunahitaji mfumo tofauti kidogo wa kibenki hapa kwetu, kutokana na mabenk kuwa na wateja wengi kuzidi uwezo wao wa kihuduma.

    Huduma kama Zap, M-Pesa zingefaa sana katika jamii yetu - ingawa moja ya vikwazo katika huduma hizi ni kutokana na ulazimu wa kutumia mtandao fulani, na kutafuta wakala walipo. Pia, ni huduma/bidhaa chache sana unazoweza kulipia kutumia M-Pesa au Zap.

    Mabenk wana nafasi kubwa sana ya kufanikiwa kama wataanzisha huduma kama ya Zap - ambayo itamwezesha mtu kulipia huduma fulani kutumia simu yake. Hii ingepunguza ulazimu wa kwenda benki, au kwenye ATM kutoa pesa kwa ajili ya kulipia huduma/bidhaa.

    Nadhani wafanya biashara itawafaa sana. Huduma ya NMB na CRDB (bado haijazindulia) za mobile, zinatumika kwenye vitu vichache sana - Luku, Bili za maji etc. Ningetegemea wangezi extend ziwe general purpose payment system kama vile ilivyoanza VISA na MasterCard - may be kungekua na unafuu kutokana na kutolazimika kwenda bank.

    Mini nilitoa hela zangu zote NBC nikaacha Tsh 4,000 tu. Nyumbani nakaa na hela nyingi kutokana na uvivu wa kwenda benk - foleni inaboa sana jamani!

    Kwa sasa natumia account ya CRDB kwa sana, na pia napenda malipo yangu yawe kwa cheque - hii inanirahisishia mambo. Ku deposit cheque takes like 10 hardly minutes.

    nakumbuka zamani kulikuwa hakuna mashine za kuhesabia pesa, hakuna Computer, hakuna ATM lakini muda unaotumiwa na mteja katika dawati la mhudumu ulikuwa haufiki dakika 5 kwa wastani. Lakini kwa hali ilivyo ulegevu wa wahudumu wa sasa ni kiboko. Labda tuende mbali kidogo, yawezekana wanaajiri watendaji wasio weledi, wanabana matumizi kwa kuajiri watendaji wachache ili watengeneze faida kubwa. Ilhali kuna mambo meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeengi ya kuangalia kuhusu kero hii. Naamini huduma nzuri inategemea mambo mengi ikiwamo ubora, ufanisi, utayari na kujiamini kwa mtoa huduma.
    Nawatakia kila la kheri mameneja wa benki kwa kukumbuka na kuzienzi nyakati za duka la la kaya na yale ya ushirika
