The ruling by Mwanza court that saw a Kenyan accused of trying to sell an albino being sentenced to 17 years in jail and a fine of more than $50,000 is one of the fastest in Tanzanian records. Kudos to the Judges/magistrates.
Lawyers with JF, please tell us, why do other cases with direct/open evidences take mammoth of time to conclude? Examples is a case whereby foreigners were captured fishing illegally in EEZ of Tanzania and also a Police traffick case by Chenge who is accused of Killing two ladies by his Prado early in the morning several months ago, of course plus several others!.
