We are looking for a talented web developers and designers to join our Dudumizi team full-time in Dar es salaam, Tanzania. 1. Web Developers

Responsibilities


Develop cutting-edge web applications
Develop WordPress plugins and Joomla extensions
Working with an international community


Requirements:


Knowledge of Object-Oriented programming, patterns and frameworks
Experience with PHP and other web programming languages
Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
Knowledge of databases and SQL
Experience with Joomla and Wordpress is an added advantage

2. Web Designers

Responsibilities


Design and build websites using WordPress and Joomla
Design and build user interfaces for modern web applications
Working with an international community


Requirements:


Knowledge of HTML, CSS, web standards and semantic web markup
Experience coding websites for Joomla or WordPress
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator


3. Graphic Designers

Responsibilities


Create designs, icons and layouts for websites
Design and specify user interfaces
Design Logo, brochure, catalogs and other promotions materials.
Create vector icons from sketch to final design
Work with developers to deliver a polished final product


Requirements:


Extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
High-quality work, with attention to detail
Experience designing websites
