Sometimes I am thinking aloud while watching some of the documentaries:

Historia ya miaka 100 ya meli ya TITANIC, scientists are struggling to find out what went wrong and why the ship which was thought to be practically unsunkable, sunk? kwa nini ilizama? Was it a probelsm related to design or what was it ? Imagine, the TITANIC sunk 100 years ago but they did not let it go Tanzanian’s style

Air crush investigation: Investigators are searching for clues why a certain aircraft clashed? What are the causes of the crush and what should be done to prevent such incidences in future.

Bombing of the Pearl Harbour! Historians are investigating what went wrong and the critical mistakes which were done by the Japanese Imperial Navy, and the price they paid.

    Narudi kwetu watanzania:

1: MV Bukoba imepita hivi hivi. Hakuna deep imvestigation iliyofanyika kujua tatizo lilikuwa nini, na what should we do in future.

2: Train ya Mpwapwa Gulwe which claimed almost 1000 lives, is now a history and nothing has been done to rectify the operations of the then TRA

3: Sokoine saga (I do not want to go into details?.

4: Ajali ya Super Najimunisa: The bus gushed into flames, lucky no one was hurt. In this case, you would expect further investigation which would have brought recommendations to the Bus operators, Traffic police as well as Insurance companies. Ninachojua abiria walipoteza mizigo yao yote na hakuna compensation yoyote iliyofanyika.
5: Juzi ndege ya ATC imetua kwa tumbo. Imagine the Tanzania’s flag carrier! Shame, mafisadi waliohujumu shirika hilo, wapo, wanatembea tu huru....

Muda wote tunazungumzia Umri wa Lulu, bila hata kujua what happened in the room?

    The list is endless.

Kama kawaida ya watanzania, business as usual......
Jamani, sisi tunajifunza kweli kutokana na past mistakes? Majanga makubwa yanataokea, watu wanasikitika siku 3 then business as usual........ We have to change, we have to change, everything has to change

What do you expect? In Tanzania everything you have listed above fall under Kazi ya Mungu or Mungu ametoa Mungu Amechukua.

    Yes, umesema kweli kabisa.
Lakini mbona viongozi wetu wanasema tumeingia kwenye age of science na technology?
We have ti change, but how???

Yes, they say that because they don't ride donkeys to work, and the die differently. If I drive my VX securely to work, why should I care when a passenger bus catch fires?

That is why this has to change. we can not longer go on like this while the lives of the innocent people are at stake.
I do not know what we should do, but I am of the opinion that we have to change.
Change should start from the our values and attitudes of life.

Unayosema hakuna kiongozi anayeyajali, jaribu kukumbuka MV Bukoba ilivyokuwa politicized, halafu hiyo hiyo ikatokea Z'bar, ajali za mabasi kila baada ya miezi miwili, who cares and why should they? Ukifa wewe kama kifo chako kitawasaidia ku win political points basi utaona wanajitokeza, otherwise you are nothing and useless like a toothless dog.

I am agreeing with you 100%,.

    Najua kwamba:

    1) Ukipata ajali njiani: utaporwa na kuibiwa kila kitu kwenye gari lako. na kama wewe ni marehemu, they will call the last person, informing that you are no more and thereafter, they will switch off the phone. Inakuwa yao

The list is endless.

Lakini at the end of the day, what should we do?
The country is in a verge of collapsing!

Why don't you become an agent of change? It seems to me that you know what should be done, but you are waiting for somebody else to take the plunge. It doesn't work that way.
