    nimetembelea eneo la nyumbani lounge kwa lady JD leo jioni-sunday.nilipitia na wife kwa lengo la kula na kunywa.around saa 12.45 jioni.hapo nje pana binti ana risit book amekaa mkao wa kutoza kodi ya kiingilio,nikaamua kwenda next door na nyumbani lounge.
    hapo kuna restaurant/bar inaitwa Wambua's huduma ni fasta sana na chakula kizuri.nikaona makundi ya watu wanatoka nyumbani lounge kuja kula wambua's lounge then wanarudi kwa lady JD.

    kwangu mimi sikuona sababu ya kulipa kiingilio saa 12 jionikuingia kula,pia ukizingatia nilishasoma hapa JF kuwa kuna very poor customer service ya chakula - nyumbani lounge

    mkuu kweli hapo nyumbani lounge ni bomu kichizi wana customer service ya hovyo,nilikuwepo hapo mwezi jana nilikuwa mjini hapo nikasema nitembelee nikiwa na wenzangu watano , maeneo,managress wa pale ana majibu ya hovyo na hajui hata kuongea na wateja,nilibishana naye, nilikaa pale huduma ya kinywaji ikachelewa nikaasema kwa nini nikae tu wakati kaunta na iona kwenda kaunta pale akaja anasema siruhusiwi kusimama pale kaunta kununua kinywaji nikamwuliza kisa nini?akasema hapa umeziba njia ya kuingia ndani (kaunta)nikamwambia mimi nanunua kinywaji naondoka nimekaa kule! nikaona anakazania hilo hilo angekuwa managress mzuri anagechukua hela yangu akanihudumia pale nikaondoka ndo ingekuwa njia nzuri ya kunitoa pale,basi nikamwona mbona anasema kwa ukali nikamwambia backoff,nikaondoka eti akawambia wahudumu wasinihudumie,sasa sababu nilikuwa na wenzangu nikaona nisije haribu starehe za wengine kwa kusema tuondoke ,ikabidi wenzangu wawe wana agiza ,pale sikanyagi tena na sishauri mtu kwenda pale,nilijaribu kuwasiliana na mwenye ukumbi ila na yeye zero tu haku respond kwa hiyo kama ni customer service rating wale ni big 0

    Sio mna advertise tu hiyo biashara mpya ya jirani wajameni?. Msije mkawa mnaleta tu chuki binafsi hapa!. When u want to criticize,do that positively not negatively. Je mlijaribu kuonana hata na uongozi wa juu zaidi wa Restaurant hiyo kufikisha maoni/malalamiko hayo?(labda vision ya management haipo kama unavyoi tafsiri). Kama haukuwahi kufanya hivyo huna haki ya kuharibu reputation ya restaurant nzima kwa sababu ya mfanyakazi mmoja tu mliyekosa kuelewana,tena labda kwa personal issues.

    Mkuu ukipata huduma mbaya mpaka uende kwa manager? Duh, utakuwa na moyo kwelikweli. Huduma nzuri huonekana kwa wahudumu na sio manager.

    Uko sahihi.. Nilipita kuangalia UCL match ya madrid na Barca hapo kwa Jide... Nafika pale na wenzangu wawili.. wakanilima bk 5 kwa kichwa(na tulischachele gem kwa dk 45..) nikaona uzushi nikaungana na raia waliokuwa wamekaa hap jirani(Wambua.). Nilipta meza na vit 3 fasta.. vinywaji bei kawaida.. mechi screen poa.. gem ikaisha tukaanza shuhudia ngumi za masharobaro wanaotoka Nyumbani Lounge.. binafsi sikuvutiwa na ukarimu wao..:smiling:

    Kama nitakuwa sikosei ni jamaa aliyokuwa ana-run mgahawa mmoja pale gymkhana club Dar, yule jamaa ni balaa, ana chakula kizuri ile mbaya na mtu mkarimu sana, hao nyumbani wakae vizuri jamaa anauwezo wa kuchukua wateja pale, na jamaa amekuwa kwenye biashara ya migahawa kwa muda mrefu, he's a proffessional cheaf, hakuna usanii....nikirudi bongo nitamtembelea pale kula misosi ya nguvu.

    anaitwa peter wambua,alikua euro pub kisha pale mambo club alifungua kirestaurant flani balaa,kama sasa yuko hapo jirani basi jide namuhesabia siku na hicho kimgahawa chake maana kwa peter atachemka big tyme,

    chakula cha wambua's kilikuwa kizuri sana,nilipata beef sizler na mashed viazi.
    jamaa huduma ni class A, open air no smoking,hamna red carpet wala usharobaro ,just a simple effecient service.
    kimsingi Wambua 's aliona weakness za nyumbani lounge ndo ikawa oportunity yake.sasa jide ajipange sawa sawa kushindana naye.
    leo nitapitia kupata nyama choma

    Mkuu huyu jamaa kwa kutengeneza chakula ni balaa, yes alikuwa europub, gymkhan, mambo club, na somewhere oysterbay, down to earth kinda chap.

    Jamani customer care ni muhim saana hii dhana ya wivu tuiweke kando. Mie ninamfano dhahiri kabisa; Siku moja nilikuwa ughaibuni kwenye store moja maarufu sn M&S. Pale nikawa nimechungua nguo tatu nakwenda dressing room kucheki kama zipo sawa. Nikapewa kidude kinaonyesha nimebeba nguo tano. Nikamwambia mhudumu hizi ni tatu nibadilishie. Akasema hamna shida wewe nenda. Ila ninatoka anadai nilikuwa na nguo tano kwa bahati mbaya zaidi nilikuwa na mfuko ninarudisha nyingine nilinunua jana yake sikuipenda. Yule bwana mdogo wa kizungu (teenager) akalazimisha kunisachi (kwake kunisachi ni kuvunja sheria). yalifuata malumbano marefu saana na kweli akanisachi. Alivyomaliza, nikaenda kwa store manager. You know what! He got fired na nikawa compansated. Kwahiyo customers si wa kuwachezea. Wanatakiwa waheshimiwe tafadhali. Mtu anakufukuza au anakujibu hovyo na anategemea mshahara na maisha kwenye kazi hiyo. Ni swala la kuchekesha. Nina hakika mwenye biashara hawezi kufanya hivyo.
    Hili ni tatizo kuna haja ya kuanzisha customer care au la Watanzania hatutafanya biashara hata moja ikiwa pamoja na ya kunyoa nywele.

    Unakosea kwa attitude hiyo. Watu wanakosoa kumsaidia. Wateja ndio wanaompatia pesa.

    Mimi nilifika hapo Nyumbani Lounge, huduma ilikuwa fresh tu (uchangamfu wa wafanyakazi). Ila kijana alipoleta chakula, hakuleta maji ya kunawa, nikamwambia naomba maji ninawe. Akanijibu "aaaah, mi nilijua kwavile unatumia uma na kisu hauhitaji maji ya kunawa". Hiyo logic mpaka leo na kesho siielewi!

    Pili, nili-order mishikaki, ilikuwa migumu na bila ladha, sikumaliza hata nusu. Kusema ukweli first impression kwa chakula ilikuwa mbovu.
    Unajua mtu unapokusanya vijisenti vyako na kwenda kula nje, unatagemea huduma nzuri kwa kila kitu, mteja ni mfalme. JayDee should know that, getting a customer is very easy, but keeping a customer is very hard and in business every shilling counts!

    maybe we have higher expectations with JD's pub/restaurant.tunajiribu kuhamishia ubora wake kimuziki ndio unge translate into her hotel and hospitality business.
    the failure in the customer service ya sehemu yake imewagusa members wengi wa JF.
