Clarification needed in Tanzanian Labor Law

Tanzanian Law is really confusing regarding Annual Leave in the following Circumstances:

1. In a whole year an Employee has worked just for 120 days - Is he eligible for Annual Leave ?
2. In a whole year if an Employee has worked just for 182 days is he eligible for Annual Leave ? If he is eligible How many days he is Eligible for Annual Leave ?

Kindly read my question properly I am not talking anything about contract.

In a whole year if a person has worked just for 120 days is he eligible for annual leave on pro-rata basis ?
As per TZ Labor Law he must work for minimum 6 months in a year to be eligible for annual leave but he has worked for just 120 days in the whole year is he eligible for Annual Leave ?

No way my friend, you can never be granted for the annual leave if you work that way.......120 days is only 6 working months out of 12 months....looks like on/off working schedule.......possible for watumishi wa sirikali
 
Thank you usually in the Fish Processing Industry in Lake Zone the Fish is processed only on the days when there is fish and some times it will be just 2-3 days in a week or it may be 10 days in a month.
So they cannot claim for the annual leave if they have not worked for 180 days in one whole year and if they had worked for more than 180 days in a year they can claim for annual leave on pro - rata basis.
