Go to run by clicking windows key + R then Write DXDIAG to that dialog to show properties. So you can go to DISPLAY tab to view graphix specs. I prefer the DAC Type to be Intergrated and not Internal. there u can see ,the graphix memory 6+ the dedicated.

or u can go to My computer then right click for properties then Windows Experience Index then View printed details just below the scores. there u can c the dedicated video memory
