POST 1: Assistant Laboratory Technician

JOB SUMMARY:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ To perform laboratory tests;
➢ To maintain cleanliness in the laboratory and related equipment; ➢ To keep record of laboratory tests;
➢ To prepare re-agents for routine examination of patients;
➢ To carry out diagnostic procedures;
➢ To coordinate laboratory activities;
➢ To perform any other duties relevant to the scope of work that may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Holder of a CSSE/ACSSE PLUS Certificate/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, or equivalent qualification and registered by applicable professional institution.

POST 2: Assistant Nursing Officer (One post)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ To provide general nursing care to all patients;
➢ To provide medications and injections as prescribed by the doctors
➢ To monitor patient progress and identifies any changes in status and acting on those changes to insure patient comfort and safety;
➢ To provide frequent patient evaluations including monitoring vital signs and perform
➢ To assist on essential procedures;
➢ To assist doctors during treatment and ward rounds; and
➢ To perform any other duties relevant to the scope of work that may be assigned by the supervisor.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE: Holder of Certificate/Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery or equivalent qualifications from recognized institutions and registered with Tanzania Nurses and Midwives Council.
