    Jamani kuna ndugu yangu anateseka sana na kitambi amejaribu kunywa whisky za aina yote akiamini atapunguza kitambi jawabu -ve...kwenu wapendwa...afya bora kwa kila mtanzania...

    Mwambie aachane na whisky. Apunguze kula nyama na atembee angalau kilomita 8 kila asubuhi. Na asiache pushups.

    ni kweli mkuu rwagubiri ila wengine mpaka waende jukww la AFYA UJUE NDUGU ZAO WAKO MAUTIUTI...at least huku mtu akiona anatoa mawazo yake na msaada unaoitajika ni wa haraka si mpaka mtu aende afya...samahani kwa kukukwaza...ubarikiwe

    Apunguze kula vyakula vya wanga kwa wingi...

    Asubuhi - breakfast nyepesi (matunda + mboga na wanga kidogo kama mkate wa brown)

    Lunch - Wanga kidogo + Maharage + Mboga za Majani kwa wingi

    Dinner - Mboga za Majani + Matunda (Dinner iliwe walau Masaa 2 kabla ya kuingia kulala).

    Anywe walau Lita 1 ya maji kwa siku.

    Apate walau Masaa nane ya usingizi.

    Afanye mazoezi ya viungo ikiwamo situps walau mara 3 kwa wiki.

    ASINYWE POMBE.

    Mifano ya Chakula ni "mifano tu" awe mbunifu kulingana na taste yake...ili mradi aepuke milo mizito kama Ugali, Wali, Mihogo, Vitumbua mara 3 kwa siku.

    Sahihi kabisa, msisitizo ni kwamba huu ndio uwe mfumo wake wa maisha asitarajie makubwa - ni kupungua kilo 5 kwa mwaka, taratibu ndio mwendo.

    Pombe anaweza kunywa in moderation. Ama chupa mbili za bia kwa siku au glasi moja ya mvinyo mwekundu kwa siku.

    Ushauri wangu

    1. Afunge...alau kwa wiki mara 2
    2. kama anauwezo afunge swaumu kwa mwezi mara 15, afunge na kula kesho yake...na Ulaji wa vyakula Kitaalamu.

    3.Awe na muda kufikiria matatizo yanayowakabili watanzania wengi ambao hawana elimu, tiba hafifu,mlo haba na mengineyo, namna kuondoa utawala mbovu vitamfanya apungue kitambi kwa kushughulishwa matatizo hayo.

    4. Pombe zote aache.(naomba kutofautiana nao na wadau hapo Juu)
    5. Apate Belt za kufunga Tumboni kupunguza ufumukaj wa tumbo.
    6. Mazoezi hapaswi kuyaacha. Kila zoezi litakalopelekea kupunguza mwili asiache.

    Kikubwa Uvivu(Kujiachia) na kulala Hovyo, Ulevi ndizo sababu kadhaa za Kufumuka matumbo.

    Kuna jamaa alikuwa na tatizo kama hilo, ilikuwa kazi kukata kucha za miguu mpaka mtu amkate. Alivyoenda kwa wataalamu, akaambiwa kwa wiki mbili ale mboga mboga na matunda tu, akitaka sharubati basi iwe ya chungwa ama zabibu na vizuri iwe fresh. Baada ya wiki mbili alikuwa kaambiwa ale wanga mchana tu kwa wiki tatu na aliambiwa apunguze kama atashindwa kuacha kwa wiki hizo tatu nyama, ale samaki na kuku tena kwa uchache mno. Ila vizuri aliambiwa ale maharagwe ya soya na mihogo kiasi mchana, kwa wingi matunda na mboga mboga. Baada ya miezi miwili usingeweza kujua ni yule.

    Mwingine alikuwa mhindi, huyu yeye alikuwa mnene ile ya kutisha. Ushauri wote aliopewa haukupunguza unene wake kabisa. Alihangaika sana kwa hilo manake alikuwa anapata shida na huo unene. Siku moja akaenda kwa daktari akamueleza yote jinsi alivyohangaika kupunguza unene imeshindikana. Daktari akamchukua vipimo, halafu akamwambia kuwa kwa unene ule ana tatizo kubwa sana linaloweza kumsababishia moyo usimame ghafla kufanya kazi, sababu hata moyo wake una tatizo kaligundua. Akampa dawa akamwambia kuwa baada ya mwezi arudi bila kukosa huenda kama dawa hazitofanya kazi watamfanyia uperesheni na itahitajika haraka kuokoa maisha. Jamaa akatokwa jasho vibaya mno, akaenda kutumia dawa, baada ya mwezi aliporudi hospitali alikuwa kwisha kabisa kwa kuogopa kifo. Daktari akamwambia nilikutisha ili upone, na dawa nilizokupa ni Aspirin, hivyo sasa fuata ushauri wa chakula usinenepe tena. Kilichotokea kumbe jamaa alikonda kwa kuogopa kifo, baada ya mwaka unene ukarudi kama kawaida.

    Mimi nafikiri huyo bwana anatakiwa afanye mazoezi kidogo halafu awe nakiasi kwenye kula .Halafu aache pombe badala yake anywe maji mengi kila siku.

    Mpe glass mbili za aloe vera kila siku ikipita mwezi atakuwa flat kama Shamsi Vuai Nahodha, akiongezea sit ups basi atakuwa na six pack kama Pinda.

    Watu wengi Tz sahivi wanatatizo kubwa la kua na uzito wa ziada (overweight) na hiyo inasababishwa na mambo mengi kubwa likiwa ni kutokuwajibika kwa Wizara ya Afya (kutotoa elimu ya afya kwa watz), utamaduni wetu (kufikiri kua kula nyama, bia na vyakula vyenye mafuta mengi kila siku ni ufahari au ishara ya maisha bora,kutojali mazoezi pengine kutokua na maeneo ya wazi ya kufanyia mazoezi(maana si wote wanaoweza kumudu gym za kulipia), kupenda kutumia usafiri wa gari hata maeneo ya karibu ambayo unaweza kutembea kwa miguu, kutumia lift badala ya ngazi hata kama ni kushuka floor mbili tu chini. Listi ni ndefu ila kujibu swali lako mwambie ajalibu kuepuka hayo madogo madogo kwanza halafu afuate ushauri uliokwisha kutolewa hapo juu na wadau wengine.

    Hey people, vitambi vingine ni vya urithi... Sasa wadau mngefuatilia kwanza kwa Mama Mia, je huyu jamaa (..mume wake??) ana historia gani...!!!! Mi sina utaalamu, but ni mtazmo tu.. ha..haaa...haaaaa!!!
