People who regularly attend religious services have been found to have lower blood pressure,less heart disease,lower rates of depression,and generally better health than those who don't.
*People who go to church have strong networks of friends who look out for them.
*Religious people are less likely to smoke,drink,and have other unhealthy habits.
*Taking part in prayer may lower harmful stress hormones.
