Wife, lover guilty of Tas man's murder
A Tasmanian woman and her one-time lover have been found guilty of murdering her tattoo-artist husband in a "cold and calculated" killing.
Dwayne "Doc" Davies, 47, was shot in the back and head by 43-year-old Bradley Scott Purkiss after being lured to a property in the rural southeast Tasmanian town of Elderslie on May 26, 2017.
A Hobart Supreme Court jury on Monday found Purkiss guilty of murder, as well as Mr Davies' wife Margaret Anne Otto, 47, who wasn't there when her husband was killed but helped plan his death.
