Recently there has been a xenophobic violence against Africans in South Africa. Now the violence is spreading and becoming more powerful. The truth is that, South African-owned chain stores and trucks have been targeted in other African countries, including Nigeria, Zambia and Mozambique.

Tanzania experience related violence from politician and extreme groups some years back, where politicians and some extreme groups used hate speech against other Tanzanian.

Recently, very few people under the political, freedom of speech and religion protection are using cyber space to instill such violence behavior, but the current Government under President Magufuli and the people of Tanzania stick up together and said no to this kind of violence.
These are few points that President Cyril Ramaphosa can work on to shun out xenophobic violence in South Africa

First, among many things that President Magufuli has done to shun the extreme groups propagating violence in Tanzania is to tackle corruption, provide quality social services, and provide free primary and secondary education for all, as well as giving opportunity to marginalized communities to participate in economic activities, nationalize the land and reviewing the mining and other economic sectors and so on.

Moreover President Magufuli has been showing support for diverse groups in every Tanzanian community. President has been attending the events in houses of worship for Muslim, Christian, Hindus and other religious groups. The impact of this in Tanzanian community has been very positive and the love among Tanzanian and foreigners living in Tanzania regardless of their political, religion, affiliation is strong.

Third point is that, currently in Tanzania it is rarely to see someone using hate speech except few who are doing it on a cyber space; immigrants are welcomed and are treated very well. There were few opposition politicians who lost their batter by just dividing people. President has been saying that, he was elected by all Tanzanian regardless of their ethnic group, education level, economic situation etc.

President has shown solidarity with immigrants and marginalized groups. He has put it clear that, verbal and physical abuse has no place in Tanzania and should not be tolerated. All people should be treated with dignity and humanity.

Don't forget to mention how this regime has deeply polarized this once united country along party and regional lines.

It will also be recalled with sorrow how some people have mysteriously disappeared and their whereabouts are not known to date not to forget the badly wounded former MP for Singida East constituency who is still recuperating at a hospital in Belgium.

In memory too is the unconstitutional ban on politics by the opposition parties, only the ruling party is allowed to transact political activities. The list is endless.

The xenophobia and tribephobia behind the scene.

I think you have to go back to history and see who introduced multiparty system,...and its not true multiparty system has divided Tanzanian.
Comming to region line,President Magufuli has shown done what has never been done to the all religion in Tanzania. For example it is just recently he has given Alhikma a space to build Hospital,He has participated and contributed in fund rising during Qur an challenge,he instructed minister of land to collect form a task force to collect all the embezzled Muslim assets,in fact he has done to Muslim community more than what other presidents did to Muslim.I am Muslim and true Muslim i can tell you what we preache in Masjid is being preached by President Magufuli, talking about corruption, talking about drugs which affected most of our muslim community, talking about freedom of worship...etc

Disappearing of people has nothing to do with President, you can bring the list here if your talking the truth,a little information i have on this is that, those who are dissapearing are the one joining Alshabab, and other terrorist groups in different part of Africa for economic reasons.

About political ban,,,,,we can not have demostration and polical rally each and everyday...we have to work

Mh Bashe hakuwahi kuhojiwa kuhusu uraia wake?Jenerali Ulimwengu hakuwahi kuhojiwa?...Je wapo watu wangapi wanadanganya uraia wao na baadae kugundulika sio raia?
Tuwe tunatabia ya kuziachia mamlaka zifanye kazi zao...

It's the incumbent regime that has divided Tanzanians and not the multi party politics and this is more evident with the aversion shown on opposition politicians.

I'm not sure if the likes of Azory Gwanda or Benny Saanane could join any terror group.

Every person is free to take part in any political activity any time and this is provided in the country's constitution and no any preconditions should be dictated on that.

The way followers brand him, its not the way he himself knows to be smart as such. Only stupid minority can agree to agree with such misaligned branding. The way people talk on media, isn't the way its outside. Xenophobic should be stopped by any means necessary.

Cyril Ramaphosa got nothing to learn from Magufuli of Tanzania with respect to peace, tranquillity, democratic institutions and good governance.

In South Africa opposition parties are allowed to operate freely, citizens have freedom of speech and constructive criticism is a daily practice. On the contrary in Tanzania opposition parties have been banned from doing regular meetings, their leaders have been incarcerated, the judiciary has been compromised and the parliament doesn't check the executive, instead it is managed remotely by the President.

In South Africa Xenophobia is a cause of killings to foreigners while in Tanzania it is Magufuli who odered the shooting of Opposition Leader Tundu Lissu, it is Magufuli who ordered the killings of Azory Gwanda, Ben Saanane and more than 340 inhabitants of Mkuranga, Kibiti and Rufiji.

What happens in South Africa is a result of mismanaged economies of countries north of Limpopo whose citizens find economic refuge in South Africa. Cyril Ramaphosa has got nothing and nothing at all to learn from this tyrannical and dictatorial administration of Magufuli

From the several things that you mentioned above is there anything we are ahead of SA?

If you can freely speak such trash about President Magufuli, it is probably more correct to say we don’t have opposition in Tanzania. Imagine an intellectual like you, how many people you can fool with your hearsay.

I am not a member of praise team nor a proxy mercenary, I will always call a spade by its name and not a big spoon. I am patriotic Tanzanian and I cherish expressing my views freely.

This JPM is like King Belshaazar who is described in Daniel Chapter 5 in the Holy Bible. Belshazzar's feast, or the story of the writing on the wall tells how Belshazzar holds a great feast and drinks from the vessels that had been looted in the destruction of the First Temple.

Rama learning from Magu??!
In which quaters:political, economical, social or tyrannical? It it is for the last (which presumably is the best Magu does), for the rest he is a poorest learner!
S.Africa has a free judicial system that a president can't poke his nose into! The Parliament is strong enough to shake anyone. What takes place in S.Africa now can't be contained in a single day, month or year by a single dose/panacea!
It is deep rooted and need a settled mind and approach collectively chosen and worked upon.
A despotic approach will just aggravate the situation if not spark off a new wave of violence whose consequences are immeasurable . Magu can't be a model in any fivilized entity! Let him and his ideas rot.

Surely we can't have demonstrations and rallies every single day.But we can't either have a one man show every day as if the rest of Tanzanians are zombies! Are you one of them?
