Why politics is best career in tanzania & africa

Hi great thinkers.

In africa and to be specific in Tanzania why is politics the best paying or rewarding career?

• Where could kigoma be developmentwise if people like Ziito kabwe were Regional development or planning officer of Kigoma Paid 15 Milion per month an not an MP

• How could our Education be if poeple like Prof mwandosya were just lecturing at Collges and unveristy like Morogoro Muslim University?Or

• How could our Health services be better if all Health professionals could concentrate on what they do best rather than politics ?

What is in politics that makes people ,well eductaed people turn back on their their proffesion

Ndio sehemu pekee ya kujichumia bila ukomo,
PESA ZAKO NDIO KINGA YAKO,
PESA ZAKO NDIO SHERIA IKULINDAYO,

That's how people get's loopholes and connections to succeed, there is no anyother options for African's to Succeed rather than join Politics

-- Look in TZ even business minded people have to be in politics or brush sides with politicians to succeed in their business, teachers, lawyers etc all have to do politics

SO this shows Us that there is no transparency in African Leadership.

Ni kazi ambayo haihitaji kuwajibika na mwanasiasa huwa na uhakika wa kupata donge nono la fedha.
Ni kazi ya kuchapa domo na kutoa ahadi hewa kwa wananchi au wanajamii na unatunukiwa heshima na kuwa "mungu mtu".
Ni kazi ambayo inakuwezesha kiulaini kuwauza wananchi wako kwa 10%. Pia kuwa kiongozi kibaraka wa kurahisisha matakwa ya mfumo wa ukoloni mamboleo.
Kwa ufupi, siasa ndio kazi rahisi ya kuchumia tumbo! Kuepuka njaa.
